I downloaded the app after paying 49 dollars for it and it was totally useless. No clear instructions, no support or shall I say trying to contact this joke of an organization was almost impossible. Do not waste your money on this. I cancelled my subscription and know there will be no refund. It is all about the money for them. Or shall I say stealing your money!

I can see that you did send an email support ticket via our website and then 1 hour later left this review of our company. We do try to reply to all customer support tickets as soon as possible but I think that most people would agree that only waiting 1 hour before leaving a damaging review is a little unfair, especially in light of adjusted work practices in these unprecedented times.
I can also see from the exchange between yourself and our support agent that you found the software too difficult to use and, as I am sure you are aware, a full refund was granted. We do try to make our software as easy to use as possible and have built a comprehensive knowledgebase of help articles for customers that need help using our products.
