Once spyware or malware is found can it tell you where the information collected has been sent to once collected like a IP address or phone number?

If one of our apps detects spyware on your device, it will report the name of the spyware and details of its capabilities. Unfortunately, it is not possible to determine things like the IP address or phone number of whoever installed the spyware, as this information is not stored on the device itself.

Most mobile spyware works by sending information from the device to a server owned by the spyware provider, not to the hacker directly. The hacker then logs into the server to retrieve the information from the monitored device. However, if you would like to learn more about any detections on your device then our team will be happy to look into it further for you.
