I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy A7 which is locked to the US AT & T network. I lived outside of the USA and they were very helpful to assist me identifying the network my phone was locked to, the imei number and so forth. Within a week I recieved my network unlock codes. Thanks guys.

I have seen all the review about this company being a scam and could not agree more. I placed an order for an AT&T unlock code. I received my code. When I reached out to customer service via chat, they said the code they sent me was for Xfinity. The customer service rep said he would have my order reprocessed with the correct code for AT&T. I waited for the new code, nothing. Tyhe email they sent me said I could respond to the email with questions. I responded checking in on the progress. No response. Gave it a few more days to give them the benefit of the doubt. Nothing. Sent another email asking for an update. Still nothing. There is not 24/7 service, they don't have anyone that answers the phone, the online live chat doesn't work. This is a total joke. The reviews saying their customer service is great is BS. I was happy to pay to get this done and based on what I have read, I thought I was dealing with a reputable company. I guess not. I too will be disputing the charge on my credit card and will also be sending a note to the BBB.

Was easy to figure out if phone was eligible. Just had to put phone model and carrier info in with drop down boxes. After that it was a quick payment and a short wait (12 hours for me) and went to their instruction page, which was very in depth and detailed on exactly what to do, so you don't lock your phone. And bam! Phone unlocked! Easy! Thanks Cellunlocker!

Overall Experience:
I had no problem unlocking my AT&at iPhone 12 Max. It look less than the 15 days. It was closer to 4- 5 days. I will definitely use there service again. I highly recommend them!

Please be aware I have been scammed. This website is being investigated for scamming more than 15 people just like me. It has been 6 days and I still have no refund, no code. This website is a joke stay away. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I have taking more legal action to have this website shut down to avoid more potential people from getting scammed. 1-48 hour service is bull$#*!. 24/7 customer service is also bull $#*!. Runn from this website don't pay anything
