The order for my phone was cancelled by the merchant because it was supposedly out of stock. However, the phone was still being offered (for $100 more) on their website the same day I called about the order being cancelled. It's unfortunate that merchants still play these games.

Ordering was quick and easy. Spoke with customer service with a few questions and got the answers! Delivery and phone was just as painless! Hubby uses flip phones and this was " a newer phone" just like the old one! Thanks!

I wasn't sure at first, but I called them and they were super helpful. I ordered and it took a few days to get the order out the door, but then it arrived quickly after that. Phone was in excellent/new shape as promised and the price was great!

The first phone I received was the wrong phone. I shipped it back and a month later I'm still waiting to be reimbursed for the shipping. The second phone they sent was the correct phone but it was a demo phone that cannot be used because it is constantly running a demonstration program like you see in the store. All in all a very frustrating and lengthy experience.

I would be nice if the website has live chat with costumer service. Also, Don't buy if you are in hurry, they take 17 days to send the product and they wont give you tracking number, if you call you are going to be told that your phone was shipped and give you fake tracking numbers. The phone is used, which the website didn't specified but it works great

Cell phone was received quickly and had no problem hooking up to provider. Was shipped with wrong charger but after a quick email exchange to customer service the issue was resolved and a new charger was shipped at no charge. Wonderful customer service. Good product.

Best seller and awesome customer service! I got a hotspot device from them and I'm happy I finally got it even though it's hard to find them.

I received my order in a timely manner.
The only negative I will report is my order was for Galaxy S7 black, the phone I received is gold. Having said that I am more pleased with the gold color than black. The error turned out better on my estimation.

Phone came without sim card even though I was told on the phone it would have one, so I had to go to the Verizon corporate store. Phone is great and Verizon pushed the next version of Android out so really happy about that.

The phone I received was new, but did not come in the original company box. The charger put in the box with the phone was the wrong type, but a correct one was sent out when I alerted them to it.

Overall, I got a great phone at a reasonable price.

On 12/31/22 I paid the fee for 2-day delivery. However my cell phone didn't come until yesterday 1/9/23. Can I get a refund for the fee?

I'm sorry this order was a shambles. Shipping was NOT overnight. Thank you for MY requested shipping reimbursement. Then this phone 'was denied by Verizon for service as its obsolete.' Your company write-up states the contrary. We are extremely disappointed. As a result, the cell is useless. Any suggestions are welcome.

Your staff was very helpful in assuring me that I could use this phone with verizon.

When I received the phone it had the wrong charger. I had to return it and you would send me the correct one. I did have to pay $3 shipping to return it. Hopefully you will send me the correct charger.
