The phone is for my sister, I can't tell you get how it works for her just yet, I haven't been able to give it to her, she is in the nursing home and until her primary nurse get's back I won't hand it off to any one else.
But I do have questions but I find it hard to reach customer service. I'm one who like to talk to a real person and not have to get on the computer to get the answer.
My personal favorite merchant to buy phones from is o ly going to be from cell2get! And they truly deserve my approval and overall satisfaction.
1st time shopping with you. It's been a good experience so far. Thank you. After receiving items some items were not there (the slot w the little pamphlets ie, the IMEI numbers) thankful the numbers were on the phone sticker on the back need those.

Representative was very helpful by solving me the problem with the post office delivering my package. They sent me another phone overnighted.
Overall i bought a phone from them not long ago thinking i might get robbed but i got a new phone and on time i am very happy with them!
I to called two weeks after ordering the cellphone (6/23/19) to find out when it would be delivered. I received a call back that it should arrive 7/12/19. It did not. It was to be shipped to a different address from the billing address. When it finally arrived it was sent to the billing address and not the shipping address (delivery attempt 7/16/19) I was out of town and needed to pick it up at the USPS 7/18/19.
I inspected the product and it was dirty and suspicious of the packaging. It was a basic flip-phone and was sent in a reused Smart Phone box. I will be returning the product for a full refund.
I bought a phone from them back in 2017 and now I'm back for the note 10 in 2020 and I have always been happy with them!
I ordered a phone from you 2 days ago and was waiting to receive it when I got an email that it was out of stock. I was disappointed that I was able to order it and expect it when it was out of stock. I hope this one I ordered will get to me soon.

There was a lot of confusion with the order process and there is no way to track your order. Once the ordering part got fixed there was no way to track the product but we got the phone and all was well.
My phone was to be sent to a different address then the bill to. They sent the phone to the bill to address and I had to pay additional shipping to get it delivered to the correct address after waiting an additional two weeks. I did not receive the phone I ordered. I ordered a blue phone and received a grey phone. Customer service was horrible, giving me false information bad tracking numbers. On one call they told me they didn't have a different ship to address on a second call they read the ship to address to me! Worst service ever.
The condition (new or refurbished) was not explicitly stated; I called to ask. I was informed the condition is new and the phone I received appears to be new. The phone also arrived sooner than promised.
I was a little concerned about the website when I first purchase, but everything was exactly as advertised. The product was exactly what I was looking for, shipping was prompt, and everything worked great.
My experience with this company is overall great the phones are in perfect condition the customer service is great!
