On Saturday, 03-08-2014 I ordered a 3G/4G Sprint Modem Device on-line for $89.25 with FedEx 2-Day delivery for $29.14 expecting it to be shipped Monday, 03-10-2014 and delivery on Tuesday. No tracking number was provided. Wednesday 03-12-2014 sans device, and still no tracking number, I called FedEx, it was not in their system. I called Melvin at customer service & he said it was processed on Monday, shipped on Tuesday, and would be delivered by 4:00 P.M. on Thursday, 4 business days instead of two. On Thursday still sans package at afternoon mail delivery, I called & got George this time & he assured me that the package was out for delivery and I would receive it that day, 03-13-2014 - now 5 business days. George also said he would credit me for the $29.14,2-day shipping charge & he gave me the tracking number. They still maintained that my order was shipped on Tuesday, 03-11-2014 and they sent me a rude follow up email restating the Tuesday shipping date but with a new twist, now they had switched me from FedEx to USPS but still charged my credit card for the $29.14, FedEx 2-day shipping. Worse yet, the tracking number shows that they never shipped my order on Tuesday, as they stated, but on Wednesday evening 6:57 P.M., 03-13-2014 and sent it USPS, not FedEx that I paid for. According to the tracking number it was still at the Kansas City USPS sort facility at 4:38 P.M. when they were telling me that it would be delivered yet that afternoon. I called my local post office at 8:00 A.M. Friday, 03-14-2014 and they had my package. Rather than wait for afternoon mail delivery, I drove 20 miles roundtrip and picked up my package that I had paid extra for 2-day FedEX delivery to my door. I had already scheduled my computer maintenance service for a service call and he had to come back a second time which was costly. I rate these people a minus-2 and will never do business with them again.
So far it's been quick and easy. In order for me to know if I would by from you again I would need to see what the out come of the actual use of the phone.
There was some confusion on the delivery. I paid extra for 2 day shipping through FedEx but it was sent through USPS instead. Kept waiting for FedEx then about a week later I was told that it came USPS. I need to see if I can get a refund for my postage
It was all very detailed. All the info I needed was right there. Now whether or not the phone will be compatible with my sim card is yet to be determined. Haha... But there are so many products, all great deals, so much info.
I got the phone. It is what I wanted. I don't know if it will actually work for me. But I'll find out this week when I take it to my carrier.
I thought this phone would work for me but I was not aware how out of date it was until I took it to my carrier to put in my sim card which did not fit. The buttons were also too small for my fingers. I decided to donate the phone to charity.
I was happy to be able to replace my phone that was stolen. I was frustrated that the person I spoke with did not listen when I explained that my credit card company shut down the card I used to purchase the phone right after I had used it as they felt it was compromised by the stolen phone. The Cell2get rep argued that they had the info and would not take a different card no matter what we said. That cause additional weeks on my delivery, and delayed my delivery not once, but twice.
It all worked out in the end, but I was several weeks waiting to get the replacement phone, and Cell2get did not contact me by email to let me know that the card was declined as I told them it would be. TWICE.
They refused to take the second card we offered which would have fixed everything from the start.
Other than that, they are a great company, - lessons learned by us!
At first I was taken aback by the prices and how easy it was to find all kinds of phones. I read almost every review online and all were SO happy with your customer service and products. So here I am ordering and happy to do so! Super Easy and Super Awesome selection!

Shopping for a phone for my father I had stumbled on this site. I had purchased a unlocked Nokia phone the one with the big lens on it for shooting HD. FREE SHIPPING was an extra plus IMO Good Stuff.

I purchased a phone advertised as "new" but the phone I received was clearly used. It had dings just where you might expect around the charging port and edges and it came in a generic box without instructions and with plastic protective strips removed. I decided not to go to the effort of trying to return the phone since it was in good working order.
I had called a gentleman on the phone and ask several questions about a phone I was looking to buy for my 85 year old Mother. He gave me the information i needed and the phone works as he said it would.
I thought that the shipping time was started at the time of order, but if I am not mistaken, it appears it was from after the processing stage, which didn't update until I called to check on the status of the order. But the time for shipping was not an issue really, I just had hoped for a little more information on the product to be included, and for the box to not be a repackaged type of box, which is clearly easy to tell. I would recommend the site for sure if it were not for those two things, pricing is really good, so it depends on the item and the person I was recommending too...thank you...

Didn't know they closed so long over the Holidays so I got my phone later then anticipated but they have been very helpful! I ordered the wrong phone so I need to exchange and I am waiting to see how that goes but so far they have been able to answer all my questions!

It look fine at the beginning. I paid for 3 day shipping, however, it took a month for me received my 2nd device. When I will email them, the reply were so short and didn't answer all my questions. It was not what I was expecting. Will not recommend this website.

Take the card out, put it in a different phone, and the new phone now has your number.
