I am really happy that I found this site; my grandson really was surprised when he opened his Christmas present. Your technical support is really great; they really know their business and are prompt to return calls. I have recommended this site to others.
Price for phone was too good to be true. Upon charging I noticed it started to heat up. Didn't realize I had to pay a restocking fee. I thought it was ridiculous. I think this company is a rip-off and will never use again.
I see a lot of people complaining about websites third party companies that sell cell phones online a lot. But ask for me I'm just exploring and trying to find out if all these reviews are real or not and in fact they're not. Cuz while I was searching online and this website I had to say these guys are a legitimate company and they're really worth your time and money it did look like scam in the beginning of the price is one of they were so low but I have to give a shot and I did and I'm very happy with the service that I got from them helping me activate the phone and use the phone tried to get into customer service while do this exploration and indeed the really surprised me. But other than that a phone I got was brand new and I'm not on sealed box from Samsung I bought the Galaxy Note 9 just for the record and I am so pleased that I have a new phone and a very good condition and I see that this company takes their job very seriously and I feel so happy that I'm reviewing this website on every side that I can to spread the word and making sure but this website gets the most positive attention as possible.
This is my second purchase through Cell2Get. My son's phone that I bought from your website over a year ago out-lasted my brand new S8 I got from a reputable nationwide store. Hopefully the second purchase will be just as great!
It went smoothly considering it is my first time at your site. It was supposed to be a black phone, but I received a purple one instead. Too much work to straighten it all out so just keep the purple one.
2nd phone I'm buying from here. The first phone the charger didn't even work with the phone. It seemed to be new in box. This time it didn't come in the original box charger or any instruction books. Can tell it has been refurbished. Delivery time was not good paid for 2 day shipping and it took almost a week and a half both times. All that being said both phones have worked as they should will buy from them again
Make sure the phone your buying either already works with the service you use or call and ask what service they work with. Some phones do not work with some providers even if the specs of the phone qualify for a particular service, for whatever reason, ran into that problem with an android.
I wanted to buy a new phone for my T-Mobile account. I called Cell2Get before ordering and was assured that the phone that I was ordering was brand new and was compatible with my network. The phone that arrived was a Verizon phone in a Verizon box that had a barcode containing the matching IMEI number. However, when I took the device to T-Mobile, they were unable to activate it despite multiple attempts to do so. I called Verizon and was told that the phone that I had received was not compatible with the T-Mobile network. Furthermore, when I gave them the IMEI number, they told me that this was phone had previously been activated by someone else, i. E., it was not a new phone. Since Verizon had no interest in this transaction and therefore had no reason to mislead me, I believed them. I called Cell2Get and received authorization to return the phone and, hoping to help others avoid my mistakes, I posted an earlier and more critical version of this review.
When Cell2Get received the phone, they called me to say that they had received it, but they wanted me to remove my review of our transaction. Wanting to be fair, I removed my original review pending a resolution. A week later, my credit card was finally credited for the full purchase price. Now that the issue has been resolved, I'm posting a more complete and objective account of our transaction.
The bottom line is that the phone didn't work and appears to have been a used device, but Cell2Get was reasonable if somewhat slow about issuing me a credit. I will certainly never do business with them again, but if you choose to do so, just ask yourself first whether any potential savings are worth the possible time and trouble involved if you run into problems similar to mine.
Good, but delivery time could be quicker, and faster shipping could be cheaper. I also requested extra bubble wrap but I didn't receive any. However the phone, Nexus 6P, is amazing; it came in perfect condition and works wonderfully. I recommend buying.
Just what I wanted even though you had a hard time filling my order. It is an older model and am a bit surprised you even had one yet a new one which could be modified to my desires. Thank you so much
Quick and easy ordering. But got a phone that can't be connected due to it being outdated even though the website says it can be connected,it can not. I mailed back for refund. Their trying to charge me a restocking fee,and sent message that phone could be connected if my cell phone service wasn't new. Well my provider,Verizon said wrong! Can not connect. Waiting for response for refund.
Great transaction. Got the new Iphone in 9 days from order to shipped. Website was easy to navigate and the customer service was what I expected.
My first order was a disaster. After several trips to T-Mobile to get the phone (Samsung S-4) we discovered after several tries with many batteries, the phone would not hold a charge.
I called Melvin back and reported this news and he was very professional and personal and told me to send the phone and he would ship me another phone that would be up and running. He followed through and now I am completely back to having a functioning phone, after being without a cell phone for 2 months.
Thank you Melvin.
Such professional and genuine people are there in there office's i had a wonderful experience with them when purchasing a phone!
Best place to buy phones and amazing deals online! Shipping is on time and expected and I'll happily make another purchase.
I am honored to say that these guys really made me happy with the new phone i got from them! Shipping was fast and the customer service was great!
They sent me a phone I ordered that wasn't able to charge. I wouldn't recommend buying from this sketchy company.
Despite being told that the phone is new and original equipment, the quality is not as expected compared to a previously owned version of the same phone. Seller does not offer a replacement unless phone is sent back first which would leave me without a phone for an extended period and that is not acceptable.
I **specifically** ordered model LG H860 because I am sending the device out of the country with my sister and she wanted a **dual sim**.
The order took roughly 10 days to come in so, seriously? A priority mail 10 days? After a couple emails, I sent the phone back "priority mail" and it was delivered in 3 (THREE) days, so come on...
After another roughly 10 days... another phone came in... not branded, which is good, but still... not the correct model, dang! This time not the one I ordered came in... sigh...
I gave up and will take what I have in hands now as my sister will travel back to Brazil and I can't risk another 10 days delays to a dubious phone coming in again.
And the shipping service, although I was told is priority, seems to have traveled by the pony express...
Answer: Phone # is 8005182355
Answer: CDMA and GSM networks are two types of cellular phone networks and generally if you have a device made for one, it can't be used on the other. In the US, Sprint®* and Verizon run on CDMA networks while AT&T and T-Mobile run on GSM networks. Ting runs on both
Answer: There are good and bad CDMA and GSM networks, but there are key differences between the technologies... It's much easier to swap phones on GSM networks, because GSM carriers put customer information on a removable SIM card. Take the card out, put it in a different phone, and the new phone now has your number.
