I received my phone a little late but it was in perfect shape & I absolutely love it. George helped me when I had delivery issues & he was the sweetest. I love my phone & ill definitely be recommending this site to my friends.
I see I have the same experience as others and I don't mean good experience. I ordered phone with 3 day delivery, week later still no phone, I called and the man told me they emailed me (they didn't) that my phone is on back order and if I still want it, it should be in in 3 days, I said I want to proceed with my order, they did sent my phone as they promised but the phone got stuck in NYC postal office, so they sent me another one which arrived with no back cover, no manual, nothing except some cheap wall charger. Oh and when I called first I asked if the phone is 100% GSM 4G LTE, which they assured me it is and it will work with Cricket, so when I got the phone I saw it's originally from Verizon and new there is problem since Verizon support CDMA only.So after a month from my order I got not working phone without back cover, I was so disappointed, very very much. I did ship it back but because of restocking fee and paying for shipping I lost $100. And I didn't mentioned countless phone calls and emails. It's all big scam and I would never ever recommend it. In the end I got brand new phone in original packaging for half less than I originally paid for used one.

3. Contact the company prior to purchase to clarify what you are actually purchasing. Thought I was purchasing a "New, in the original factory packaging, complete with all accessories" phone. What I received was a "Brand new" phone only, in a generic box with a third party charger. It was still a good price, but to say the least I was disappointed.
Great service, thanks! Shame the discounts are inflated - It's definitely cheaper to buy a new phone on Cell2Get, but not nearly as much as you claim which makes the whole experience feel a bit like a scam.
Also, I received a silver phone when I ordered a blue one, and the charging unit was for a European power outlet, which makes it functionally useless here in the US.
I am very happy to say that I will be buying again and again from these guys cuz they are definitely a good seller fir phones

Very slow on order processing and Web catalog required updating as they continued to list out of stock items.
Sold a 3G phone to my elderly mother that was suppose to be AT&T compatible however, AT&T stopped supporting 3G in Feb 2022! The phone is worthless $160 that they should refund.

I'm at a time in my life where I don't welcome most "surprises". But I must say that things went "uneventfully", just as I had hoped. I was expecting a refurbished phone. I got just that, and in nice condition. It's so good-looking I dont really want to buy a cover. Glad I found cell2get
I did not receive what I ordered. It took a long time to arrive and then I spent another week trying to resolve the problems I had with the phone. I felt that there was little interest in assuring that I was having my concerns addressed and that customer service was a big factor. I really needed a new phone so I settled but am not happy about it.
I am hearing impaired and wear hearing aids. Several years ago, Kyocera was the only phone that allowed me the option of using the cell phone without my hearing devices on due to the ceramic vibrator technology in place of the typical speaker. This brand is difficult to find in stores at affordable prices. When I found it here for half the price, I just had to order it! Can't wait to see how the AT&T model works now that we've switched carriers.
**Update** My new Kyocera is almost great. It works much better on the network it was designed for. Only problem is it is very slow. I think I need to work on clearing memory or something.
I believe I have previously bought an S6 from you through Amazon. The repair cost was more than the cost of a new S6, so I thought I would upgrade this time. If I knew your address was local, I would have just driven over. It took a few days for the phone to arrive, but the overall transaction was a smooth one.
When my phone had not arrived in a timely manner, cell2get traced the package for me. The post office was at fault, not cell2get. They helped me get my order and made sure I was satisfied. I can't thank them enough and will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family.
