Customer Service was very helpful and patient with me on the telephone. The confirmation stated 10 days to 2 weeks delivery. When I phoned to find out about the order, I was told it would be another week. I asked for the tracking number and was given the wrong one. My phone did deliver in 3 weeks.
My complaint about the product was there was no user guide. Samsung was able to get me a link to print one.
Had trouble finding exactly too found on web phone a wanted had to shorten exact name of phone then the same one a was replacing. Looked at other phones but no details of cost per phone per month. Ordered a second phone afraid that might be taken out of stock haven't even tried to use second one yet satisfied with first original same phone.
Site was easy to navigate, search engine worked great, easy checkout. Called customer service with a couple of question, answered both with no problem. Thanks. The only problem I had was with the USPS loosing my package during transit. Cell2get.com sent me another one right away once the first one was confirmed lost by the USPS, so it took a little longer to receive my package.
Recommend them to anyone requiring both knowledgeable and professional unlocked expertise to customized Mobile phone locked solution.
I never received a shipping confirmation or tracking number. However, the phone arrived very quickly and way ahead of schedule.
The phone was in good condition, although it only was accompanied with a charger and adapter. All the other typical new phone accessories were absent.
Absolutely fantastic! Loved their customer service and prices on their website are very good to come by.
My iPhone 5s was unlocked as within the stated timeframe (I requested service on Friday, they took care of it on Monday). No issues would recommend.
Good navigation choices enabled me to find what I wanted. However, paying for 2-day delivery did not work; order took over a month to arrive. No doubt caused by COVID-19 affecting lots of people, but still disappointing.
5 star seller with excellent communication. Phone exactly as described, in great condition and for a fair price. I will buy from Cell2Get again. Note: Seller is located on the East Coast. COVID-19 impact has caused major delays for all shipping carriers. Four weeks after ordering, I received my phone on the West Coast. On the USPS website, my tracking number showed "The acceptance of your package is pending' for over a week. Cell2Get had given it to the post office in a timely manner however, the pandemic caused an unavoidable delay. During this time, expect the delivery of your item to be delayed.
Had to do it three times but it finally got it done.
I checked the phones history to determine if it was an updated version as explained and it turns out to have been sitting on a shelf since 2007. I couldn't get it started (still can't) the existing battery total useless. VERY unhappy, inside of phone (battery cavity) looks like someone had glue or played with it in some manner. When I can contact someone... it is going back.
Like the ease of finding options on phone for ATT. I came to view the s8 active, went with a Six, price, availability. The original phone that was shipped was not working, did not respond to touch at all on the screen. Returned and received a replacement Galaxy 6 active. Happy so far.
New phone for a very reasonable price. Beats anything else we could find on the web.
New notes:
After receiving the phone, I'm not convinced it's a new phone. The box had been opened and factory reset done just before it shipped. No warranty date shown in the phone firmware.
There was practically no other means to look for different products other than what I had to search for. I had really liked my experience on this site because of the readily available picture of the type of phone that were used by AT&T and their network.
I paid extra for expedited shipping, but it wasnt mailed until more than a week later, so didnt get it for Xmas and wasted the extra expense - not good. You need to tell customers that you take a lot of days off and not let them waste their money like I did. Otherwise, am happy with the purchase.
The phone is awesome...took way too long to get here...need to return and have requested RMA two times but no response...Can you help me please. I have glaucoma in right eye and could not see adequately in the small screen on front of phone...loved it otherwise...need to get my $$ back.
Phone would not charge. Other phones of same make and model using my charger and battery will have no issue whatsoever. Their diagnosis and per request of Cell2Get, I returned my problem phone to them and they are sending me another one. I only had to pay my shipping.
Great user-friendly site. A little disappointed that the phone didn't come with the manual, headphones nor the pin to insert the SIM card with. I do recommend purchasing from here though because the phone I received was exactly as described. Just wish I could confirm I in fact received the extra internal antenna booster.
As per my experience with them I am extremely happy with their customer service and merchandise that I ordered. Would happily buy again!
I walked in just to look at phone and was amazed at the prices, good quality, and helpful employees. Thank you very much
Great place! Overall will make more purchases again from these guys! The prices are the best around and the shipping is on time.
Answer: Phone # is 8005182355
Answer: CDMA and GSM networks are two types of cellular phone networks and generally if you have a device made for one, it can't be used on the other. In the US, Sprint®* and Verizon run on CDMA networks while AT&T and T-Mobile run on GSM networks. Ting runs on both
Answer: There are good and bad CDMA and GSM networks, but there are key differences between the technologies... It's much easier to swap phones on GSM networks, because GSM carriers put customer information on a removable SIM card. Take the card out, put it in a different phone, and the new phone now has your number.
