Customer service are super b they respond to questions in less then an hour they very friendly and helpful great doing business with them
Your site should say whether the phone is new or refurbished and if so, the condition it's in. Search doesn't work very well. I was easily able to reach a person on the phone for advice, and when a problem developed, cell2get fixed it immediately at no extra cost. Will buy from here next time.
Totally recommending them with all my heart to anyone out there that is looking for a phone. Reps are nice and always answered my questions.
Price is good but Credit card was declined for the first time. I had to confirm with my bank the transaction before it went through.
Please improve UX design of web store. Hard to read and find the objects.
Very organized website. I purchased a product through them and I started getting emails on the updates about my order. 5/5 star
Did you refund my shipping as it was late and per our conversion? Phone received in good condition but shipped out late.
This is the second or third phone I can't remember that I bought from this company it's always been on time just like they said it would be and always in good condition no complaints here! Highly recommend will continue to do business here
Website was fine but product details could be better. The shopping cart and checkout was easy. Waiting to receive product.
Had problems with phone shutting down. Customer service was unprofessional and did not seem tof care. Referred me to Samsung 800 number. Two weeks later problem still not resolved. I also has paid for service contract. Seemed to be a waste of money. My wife needs a new phone. We will not purchase from this retailer.
This is hands down the best seller for phones on the internet! With good shipping and prices I might shop here again.
Would buy again and again. Even tho it took time for my phone to arrive, they gave me a refund on the shipping but still the product was as expected.
I purchased the Samsung Galaxy Note N7000 and was sent a completely different model. I was told to send it back and I would have an exchange delivered by Wednesday. I put it back in the mail within minutes of getting off the phone and made sure it got there Monday. Wednesday came and went and there was no phone, even though the website marked my replacement as shipped on that same Monday. I finally called to complain on Friday and was assured that it would be here today, which is Monday. It wasn't. I was also assured that a manager would call me this morning. No one called. Was given a tracking number that says it still hasn't shipped. The kicker? I paid an extra $20 for 3-day FedEx shipping and both times (assuming the second one was even sent) they've sent it through USPS. I paid extra to NOT use USPS because I don't like them. They've given me a lot of issues in the past and I refuse to use them if I can help it. To add to it, I was told it was coming through UPS, who is completely different from USPS. I don't think the guy I spoke to had a clue what he was talking about. They're horrible. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!
Best way to describe this phone store is by saying that it is such a trustworthy seller with phenomenal customer satisfaction!
Excellent place to buy new phones from! I just received my phone from them and you get exactly what was advertised.
Very easy.found the phone I wanted and available rep answered questions. The phone is an excellent value for the product. I was informed by my cellphone company (Verizon) that they would have charged me at least $100.00 more if I ordered it through them. It took a day or so longer to arrive than I expected but was worth the wait. Very happy and satisfied. Highly recommend this site.
Originally tried to order this phone on line but was notified a few days later that it was out of stock. I contacted them by phone to find out whether they would get more (since the phone model is quite old but loved by my husband for its large keys, long battery life and how long it holds a charge). The rep told me that they had gotten a new supply of Nokia phones in and that they had a reconditioned one available. I then reordered and it was delivered within the time frame promised. Phone's condition was quite good as described by the rep, but we haven't yet activated it so I can't comment on how well this one works.
Placed an order, managed to save some money and product has arrived on time excellent service and purchase from my take.
They are literally the best and I don't want to hear otherwise. Good customer service. And shipping was on time.
Easy purchase and very good website I can only complain that it's a bit old fashioned but it's overall ok.
Great price but order fulfillment was terrible. I got incorrect information on shipping dates. The item took two weeks to ship from time of order. I paid for expedited shipping and did not get it. Would not recommend your company.
What I wanted was in stock, with all the information I wanted to see (specifications). The up-sell products were to my liking (purchased quality extras such as extended battery life, boosted signal performance, and a case). I'll very likely direct business this way whenever purchasing a new cell phone comes into conversation. Thank you!
The phone arrived in a somewhat timely manner -- about 2 weeks. The case and cell booster was not with it -- they took another week or so. The case was not what I imagined, but I'm okay with it, as the description was very generic.
Customer service was responsive and tended to my needs -- A+ there.
Thank you!
Answer: Phone # is 8005182355
Answer: CDMA and GSM networks are two types of cellular phone networks and generally if you have a device made for one, it can't be used on the other. In the US, Sprint®* and Verizon run on CDMA networks while AT&T and T-Mobile run on GSM networks. Ting runs on both
Answer: There are good and bad CDMA and GSM networks, but there are key differences between the technologies... It's much easier to swap phones on GSM networks, because GSM carriers put customer information on a removable SIM card. Take the card out, put it in a different phone, and the new phone now has your number.
