I bought on the website a blue Kyocera 4g flip phone and before i confirmed my order i wanted to make sure that its a brand new phone not a refurbished or used so i called the so called customer service and he told me its brand new an if its refurbished it says on the website and when i received my order i saw right away that its not brand new so i checked on the phone call settings an i saw that he erased all info by call timer but lifetime calls i guess he wasn't able to reset an i saw there that it had been used already for over 45 hours
SO EVERYONE SHOULD TAKE MY ADVICE AND DON'T BUY BY CELL2GET
P.s i heard from my friends the same that they had very bad experience with them

1. I paid for 3-day shipping, and got a notice from USPS that my item shipped the day after I placed the order. A week later, it still said pending, so I called Customer Service and the person was very surly - cranky - with me, like I interrupted his day. He then said it would ship the next day. I did finally get my order, but this was very unsettling regarding paying extra for 3-day shipping.

2. When my product arrived, it was a completely different product than I ordered - even a different brand. It was also unboxed, so not sure if it was new or used. I called to see how to return the item and the Customer Service person (same guy as last time) was very curt and argumentative and tried to convince me that I received the correct item. When I calmly tried to explain that the product was a different brand altogether, he said, 'Whatever, I don't want to argue with you, what do you want to do?". I then asked to return and he pointed me to the webpage (which is all I wanted in the first place).

I did get an RMA number, but with no shipping label, no instructions, no indication what shipping service to use. I am still trying to communicate with Customer Service to complete my return. He has now threatened to not send me the shipping label unless I delete my 'untrue' review.

I have had issues in the past with ordering unlocked phones from sites like eBay, or other wellknown sellers, so I was definitely weary of ordering off of a website I wasn't very familiar with. I recently dropped my iPhone on the pavement, and don't have phone insurance, so I was petrified to have to pay out of pocket for a new phone. I also had just switched services and am still paying off the phone I just broke. I needed an unlocked phone so that I could freely switch services according to where I'm living at the time (I move a lot due to work). My friend purchased a phone from Cell2Get and urged me to do the same when he heard of my situation.

I ordered a new unlocked iPhone, which was pricey, but not as expensive had I purchased it directly, and kept switching services to replace it. It honestly didn't take as long as I expected when it was shipped. I was worried I wouldn't get it on time, but I actually called the customer services number and got a really friendly person who was willing to give me all the information I needed. So, not only did I get my phone on time, but I appreciate the fact that the company is friendly to do business with. Great business model and the phone I received works perfectly with my needs!

I never purchase from any online shop. My first purchase is a lumia 950 I had a great experience with cell 2 get i needed the phone for my trip i contact them on Friday Morning and ask if i can get it on saterday i spoke with mitch and he helped to place the order, received the phone today the phone is amazing exacly what i needed its a dual sim phone so i able to use my tmobile sim card on when i travel to mexico tommorow i will be able to use telus sim, so i can have my local phone number and my meixco phone number fast shipping i am very pleased

My order went through fine and shipping was reasonable. The only issue is that the listing has multiple errors that lead me to order the wrong model of phone. The picture is of a CAT S62 Pro LTE; and the specs are for a CAT S62 Pro LTE even listing that as the model number, 6GB of memory or ram and the Flir thermal camera. I was however sent a regular S62 phone which only has 4GB of ram and no thermal camera. I am returning the device. Customer service on the phone was very rude and blamed me for the mistake even though the listing is full of errors.

Got an extremely rare phone all brand new and complete with all that was advertised! I am now a loyal customer!

I purchased a Pixel 3aXL with two day shipping. Fast forward to weeks later I call they give me a tracking number that I track all the way to it being delivered to Brooklyn and I live in CA. They lied said it didn't have enough shipping when my address was never place of destination. I'm out of town for a few days come to find out it was never delivered. I call again demanding to know where my phone is or return my money I don't live in Brooklyn and the jerk starts calling me Karen. Mind you 420.00 of my elderly father's money which he needs his phone had gotten into an accident while I was out of town couldn't get ahold of me and now out over 400.00 and no phone. Then they give me another tracking number and try saying I signed for it when I was in Texas. The post office confirmation says it's with an agent(someone at the post office not me) because it's undeliverable and has what looks like chicken scratch notes but get this the package only weighs one ounce. What cell phone IN A BOX weighs only an ounce? Then they have the nerve to tell me no one lied to me. And they are still making up lies to cover their actions and I have all the documents to prove it
