I was promised a refund. I've already submitted a report to the new york BBB. It took 8 days longer to receive my phone and they did not refund the amount I paid for expedited shipping.

Good website and great customer service I had a good time speaking with Melvin. The shipping came on time and the prices are cheaper than other places.

My iPhone screen was broken and they fixed it with a reasonable price and their service was also prompt and they did a quality work. Would definitely recommend them to friends and others.

I ordered a phone... they sent to wrong address. When it finally got to me i took to at&t to activate... at&t could not make it work... i ask for a return code 5 times... still no reply

Website is very easy to navigate and choose and buy a phone I purchase a phone from them and shipping was slow but they refunded shipping charge so at least I got free shipping

They dont state that they sell refurbished phones without original box or charger or warranty book or instructions or nothing... just the phone in a box... awful dont waste your time or $

After hearing a lot of complaints about them I can tell you that the complaints are just trollers online while the actual company is great! Had a good experience with them!
