I ordered a kid phone for my niece and paid 30 dollars for 2 day FedEx Shipping. When i checked the status 2 days later it still said pending. So I called to see what was up. He said he needed 1-3 days for order processing but nowhere did it say that when I ordered the phone. Anyways he assured me it would be here Tuesday (I ordered it on a wed should've been there friday) so fine. He sent me a tracking number for USPS (I paid 2 day fedex) but I wanted a refund for the shipping because it was NOT there in 2 days like I paid for. He told me his manager would call me Monday. No call on Monday and the tracking number said it was delivered to whichita kansas... I'm in Arizona! What the heck?! So I call again and he said his manager wasn't in and would be back Thursday. Oh and he canceled my order and refunded my cc. (Haven't seen a refund of the 175 yet) Then proceeded to try and send me another phone and charge my card again. I said absolutely not. Worst experience ever!
I'm so glad I found Cell2Get. My phone got dropped in water and I tried putting it in rice but it still wouldn't work. I needed a new phone fast. I found the phone I wanted and it was unlocked at Cell2Get. It was shipped to me quickly, ready to use, and works great. I will use Cell2Get anytime I need a new phone and aren't eligible for an upgrade yet.
Its great when company has a phone number that you can actually call and speak with live representive in my case I needed help to replace my phone because it was dropped in water. I called cell2get and they help me to make the right choice for a water proof phone ending up buying the samsung Kyocera duraforce pro phone arrived in less then a week the phone is great one of the best phones i ever used I took it with me to the pool and took some great under water pictures phone has amazing camera and its totally water proof great buy

I am happy with my unlocked Motorola Droid cell phone ordered from cell2get, except for the limitation that T-Mobile puts on it as an unlocked phone for downloading games from the T-Mobile site while it can download other items. Much time was spent with T-Mobile tech support on this matter that is disappointing.
This was truly a fantastic experience. Received merchandise as promised on time. Great customer service staff. I will do business with this company first.

Ive bought a new galaxy note 10+ about 2 weeks ago and just today after 12 days with free shipping i received it in the mail and im overall happy with making business with them.
Pleasure doing a business with them! They shipped my phone overnight even though we are in shutdown i still managed to get a good working phone on time!

Ordered a phone got charged immediately, paid for 3 day postage. Day 5 chased them and was told i used a non USA card so the order was cancelled. But it wasnt cancelled intil i chased them! Rebought and got a secondhand phone! This co is a one man band - avoid inless uou want to waste your hard earned cash! I have reporyed them... But as im only visiting the US, not sure how effective my complaint will be...
