The cell phone was exactly as described on the website. Awsome, very fast shipping i got it very fast. They're site is very easy to use. Thank you cell2get. A Cellular phone shop I highly recemmonded them to anyone shopping for cell phones. I would buy from them again!

I stepped into the website to purchase a new phone and was quickly shipped. I saw a bunch of different phones and specs on their website... unfortunately the first phone I wanted was not in stock but called and spoke to a representative and he helped me navigate phones and some suggestions in the future. Super knowledgeable, friendly and straight to the point. Super recommend them! And after the 2nd purchase I have received my phone before the estimated delivery time and I can confirm that they sell new phones in the box. For the record I ordered a galaxy s21 plus.

After dropping my phone 4 flights down in my local mall, my phone was completely destroyed and useless and i needed to replace my phone as soon as i could. I needed to find the best phone i could get for the lowest price, and i was unable to find a good, high quality, and reliable phone in my price range. Luckily, i was able to come across cell2get. Upon ordering from them, i received my phone extremely quickly and thanks to the customer service, i was able to solve any issues i was experiencing. Once i received my phone, i was very happy and impressedwith the quality of all the contents. If you ever need to purchase a phone, i would strongly recommend cell2get.

This is my second post, my first one was 1 star an no I wasn't offered any free ipods or other bribes of the like. My first poor review was because I only received one of my cell phones; however, upon speaking to a Cell2get employee, I was given the tracking number for the second cell phone which arrived just a few days later. Overall the experience turned out fine, and i received both cell phones within 10 days of my order. I ended up saving $50 over what it would have cost me from diffrent seller for my cell phones and I am happy that I purchased from cell2get

Cell2get is a knowledgable and honest company. Its sad that I can't give them the 5-star review I wanted, but the phone got here 4 days late. The service, help, and phone itself were all stellar. I never thought I was being run over or disrespected and the phone was exactly what I wanted. As a matter of fact, these guys really helped me not only get what I want but find it for me too. My new LG Optimus is shiny and fast which is huge to me. No problems in that front.

Still I did pay for 3 day shipping and took a little over a week. A company as good as cell2get which seems like they really care should just make sure that doesn't happen even if it likely wasn't their fault. Their prices, service, and honesty are better than the rest and I'm sure once everything else is ironed out that they will show themselves to be one of the best in the business

I was looking all over the internet for a specific blackberry model. I couldn't find it anywhere except some sites I hadn't heard of. Celltoget had some great reviews so i figured Id check it out. They had the exact model I was in search of, and many other great phones I hadnt seen anywhere else. Got my package shortly after and am currently enjoying my new phone :)

This is a scam. Any positive reviews you may see on this site are submitted by the employee(s) of this company. A male, named Melvin, spends his days creating these reviews and answering phone calls. Once you place an order a hold will be placed on your card. Then it will disappear. And reappear at an odd hour approx. 5 days later, usually before the weekend. If you do receive a phone it will not be the phone you ordered and it will most likely not work. By the time you realize what has happened the charge will have cleared and your bank will most likely give you the money and these bottomfeeders will have your $400. Returning the phone is not an option because the address is also bogus. Refuse the shipment if something does show up and call your banks fraud hotline. Atleast you'll get your money back.

I must admit, I had read these reviews and ordered anyway. Then thought "gary you've done it again". I was not impressed with the sales staff, felt they rather be at the dentist than chatting with me. So in panic called to cancel my order. Luckily I just happened to talk to JEN in billing. She assured me she would personally let me know the status of my order.
What surprised me was a follow up call from JEN and a email to confirm shipping details. I recieved my Htc Thunderbolt 5 days later, in perfect condition! Jen said only the unsatified post comments & I tend to agree but I had a very good experince with JEN and wanted to share something positive. The price of the unit went down one day after, and I couldn't have the better price, but That's just business. I will buy here again if the price is right. JEN, thank you.

Personal experience: I first sent a mail on April 19,2015 for a free availability check up on my Samsung galaxy s5 ( phone. I got a reply in several minutes saying the unlock is available for my IMEI. I then submitted the order ($24.99), got the unlock code in the same day. It took me 20 seconds to unlock my phone (Just typing a numer) after asking my friend for a sim card from a different carier. The overal process is just so smooth and makes me really happen

I ordered a kid phone for my niece and paid 30 dollars for 2 day FedEx Shipping. When i checked the status 2 days later it still said pending. So I called to see what was up. He said he needed 1-3 days for order processing but nowhere did it say that when I ordered the phone. Anyways he assured me it would be here Tuesday (I ordered it on a wed should've been there friday) so fine. He sent me a tracking number for USPS (I paid 2 day fedex) but I wanted a refund for the shipping because it was NOT there in 2 days like I paid for. He told me his manager would call me Monday. No call on Monday and the tracking number said it was delivered to whichita kansas... I'm in Arizona! What the heck?! So I call again and he said his manager wasn't in and would be back Thursday. Oh and he canceled my order and refunded my cc. (Haven't seen a refund of the 175 yet) Then proceeded to try and send me another phone and charge my card again. I said absolutely not. Worst experience ever!

I'm so glad I found Cell2Get. My phone got dropped in water and I tried putting it in rice but it still wouldn't work. I needed a new phone fast. I found the phone I wanted and it was unlocked at Cell2Get. It was shipped to me quickly, ready to use, and works great. I will use Cell2Get anytime I need a new phone and aren't eligible for an upgrade yet.
