I am very satisfied

I originally purchased LG G2 from Celltoget.com. The phone had a defect where it kept freezing while navigating the menu. It seems that G2 has lot of freezing issues generally so I don't blame Celltoget for this particular issue. I wanted to return the phone since it was unusable with freezing problems and I didn't want to take a chance at getting another G2. Celtpget allowed me to exchange it for a different model that I wanted instead. (LG G3). I have to say the return process was relatively painless. Celltoget responded to my emails quickly. The new phone was shipped promptly on the same day [verified through UPS tracking] when they received the returned phone. I am very satisfied with the new phone and service I received from Celltoget.com. My wife is also looking to upgrade her phone and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another phone from Celltoget.com again.

Purchased a phone, paid to have phone shipped over night, a week later received wrong phone, (sent me an international phone), had to go round and round with them after I initially placed the order and used a card, and they said it was cancelled. FINALLY I received the phone a week later, still charged overnight shipping. I then shipped the phone back, apparently I was never charged for the phone, invoice was never done, owner couldn't believe I returned the phone and because of my honesty in returning the phone the owner promised me a 25.00 gift card from Amazon (5 months ago) to which was never received, go figure. Stay away, far, far away from this company.

I have purchasesd a Sumsung Galaxy mobile handset last month. Reached in me hand in time. And I called them yesterday to get some info, they responded me politely and I am satisfied with the quality service provided by them.

Overall i am happy with the phone that i received from cell2get i ordered the iphone 4s and the phone took much longer to arrive then expected but when the phone finally arrive its was new and as described also cell2get customer service its really good take long time to get some on the phone but when you finally able to reach some one there they are very helpful and also help me to setup the phone on pageplus

Fast shipping

I had lost my phone a concert i went to i needed a new phone asap. Called up these guys customer serive number and asked how fast can they get me a new phone. Turns out these guys have a store front in NYC and since i live there all i had to do was go to the store front and pick up the phone. So happy i gave these guys a call

I have had many attempts online throught stores and retailers online and having such a headache of sending phones back because they didnt sell me what was advertised or what I was looking for. But after getting into electronicsforce to finally getting the LG V60 in a excellent condition that meets my service requirements my headache was no more!

Honestly never had an issue with them from the get go! Had placed an order with them just recently on the 5/8, for a Google pixel 6A. It arrived but sadly it wouldn't connect to my wifi or my sim card, figured there was an issue with the device. But luckily I was within the return window, and they quickly responded to my return request and sent me a label to send back the phone for an exchange. This entire thing took 3 days and it was quick, gladly now I have a phone that I'm extremely happy with and I must mention that their representatives were all extremely nice and helpful. 5 star all that board! 10/10 experience.

In a photographer so I wanted a phone with a great camera. I called their customer service and they were really helpful. They pointed me towards the Nokia 1020 which has 41 megapixels! They were really nice too and they knew what they were talking about.

I upgrade every 6 months and always use cell2get. I love them and couldnt have afforded to upgrade so often if i didnt get such good prices.
I recommend them to all my friends and family and figure its about time to give them a good review online

I ordered a new Sony Xperia NZ2 Compact almost two weeks ago. I never received an acknowledgement of the order, but checking my credit card statement account a few days later, I noticed the charge pending. I emailed the company asking about the status. I never got an answer. I checked my credit card account today, and the pending charge was gone, no record of it. I have asked credit card company to block any charges from this company and will search elsewhere for the phone I want. Warning, stay away from this company. Reviews are not what they are cracked up to be!

Bought a phone from cell-to-get but an old phone was sent because there were more than four scratches on it. I bought an unlocked phone but a locked phone was sent though they sent the unlock code. Sent the phone back in November of 2012 and up till now 2015 no refund. Reported them to BBB, but to no avail. I am taking them to court now.

WARNING THIS IS A SCAM. For real. Lebron James is about to play golden st in the finals. They setup a nice looking website, I bought a phone, it was used and wasn't the one I ordered. I took 2 weeks to get here. I had to call to request a tracking number, I tracked the number they gave me for a week, waiting patiently. Turns out it wasn't my phone, just a random package shipped from China to Brooklyn. Then, they give you a refund but take 15% of a 500 dollar order, that is a lot. That's how they make their money, it's that simple

So they never emailed me my shipping tracking number, I have called them 3 times. Finally today they email me my tracking number. I ordered my phone on 23 Feb, it will not arrive till 13 March... maybe... they decided to ship my phone from San Dieago to New York, then to Texas... then tried to blame it on the "free shipping". No it's because you used DHL, to USPS... and it somehow took DHL from the 25th to the 11th to get to NY, and then the USPS is only taking 2 days from New York to Texas... weird... in reality, they could of shipped it Fromm california to Texas... Generally the free shipping g of anything doesn't take 3 weeks, from ANY COMPANY... their other shipping rates are overpriced, but I was never offered a $10.00 priority mail option at checkout... very poor shipping and tracking for items that cost few hundred or more dollars!

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Melvin and his company are crooks! Melvin's company, cell2get, DOUBLE BILLED me for my motorola phone ($81.50 charged 2 x to my credit card), and I didn't pick up the double billing until reviewing my year end credit card statement. Back and forth e mail's with Melvin, who promised to refund the double billing, and did not. He is not a man of his word, and a crook for keeping a fraudulent charge! BUYERS BEWARE!

When sewrching online for a new phone you definitely want to buy from here! This site has loads of different phones with various of different purchases but besides all the good the shipping though was a bit late and even though it was late they called me and apologized for the late shipping cuz i payed an extra for a 2 day shipping overall there very kind and im going to buy from them again and again!

3 different times I've tried to order from this company, all 3 times my order was cancelled.
1st time, Auto-fill put the apartment number on the 2nd address line. 24 hours after submitting the order, they simply tell me "updated order status: cancelled." I had to respond and get them to tell me why. They simply replied back, "couldn't verify address."
2nd and 3rd times I ordered (separately) something only to get an "updated order status: cancelled" another 24 hours later. At least for both of these orders they told me a reason: out of stock. Why the hell is it still listed? So many other websites have the capability to list things while being clear that the listing is out of stock. Don't let me go through the hassle of purchasing something (and advertising you have it) when you don't.
Three strikes. Never buying from this place.
