My toddler broke my phone so I needed a new one ASAP but wasn't eligible for an upgrade. Cell2get had a great selection of unlocked phones and shipped me a new iPhone quickly. The phone came ready to use in just a few days. I will definitely use Cell2get anytime I need a new unlocked phone.

Excellent service, fast shipping and superb communication., I have not had the chance to test out their warranty service yet, because my nokia lumia 1520 hasnt broken down(touchwood!), but I have a lot about their great warranty handling, which is the reason i bought my phone from them. It arrived in 2 days via usps, standard packaging, unopened item, etc. Basically very smooth and flawless transaction

Those guys have been kind and easy to deal with since day 1. I ordered an old lg stylo 5 from these guys, their prices and selection of devices are outstanding! And im glad that they are not like most phone retailers out there, that shove the latest and greates phones right into your face that are way over budget. These guys still carry the good old devices.
After calling them regarding some questions aboit the phone i was looking to purchase, they were so kind to answer my every question the correct way. And i have even emailed them just to test the waters before buying from them. After getting my device, unfortunately it had a slight issue reading sim cards, service would go on and off but gladly after putting the request on their website for an exchange, they responded within an hour and even sent me a return label to ship it back. The entire exchange process took about 3 days in total so it was very quick! And now im enjoying my new device. Thank you guys so much!

Cell2get sucks its a big scam ordered a phone paid for 2 day delivery its been 2 weeks and when i call and if someone picks up its always melvin and he also sucks do not buy from cell2get more like cell2getburned

They present themselves as professional company, but it appears there is just one guy there who may or may not answer the phone. MANY BBB complaints and shocking reviews! My phone came open box, no cords, manual, software, headphones... nothing you would expect on a 'new' purchase accept the charger. It seemed the firmware was not correct for the country it was made in, so it had to go back. Cell2Get sent it "back to Nokia" but it was nokia in CHINA! Somonths passed before it was finally returned. Emails and phone calls went unanswered. When I did reach them they repeatedly lied about where the ohone was and when it was being returned. The whole thing was VERY unprofessional, and everyone needs to be aware and check the other reviews around the web. They are BAD.

Superb
September 3, 2017

Everything was done and handled professionaly. I ordered an additional car charger, home charger and extended life battery. My package was delivered by usps priority mail and protected nicely. Merchandise was taken care and you can tell they care.

Thanks to cell2get.com i was able to purchase a blackberry storm 9500 to use with my tmobile sim card. When i 1st received the phone it wasn't unlocked but thru their customer service i was able to get this done over the phone. Love my phone =) i am very happy with this company and there service..

I just bought a cell phone from cell2get. I was worried about all the reviews but it was $40 less than elseware. They got the cell phone to me in about 14 days. It took a while but, hey, it was free. They did what they said they would do. W to help others learn about this online business

I ordered an HTC10 from Cell2Get. It was basically 30% cheaper then anywhere else. The phone arrived in perfect condition with just a charger. It didn't have a pin tool for opening the sides, but the Sprint guy hooked me up. There was no problems getting phone to work with Sprint.

I did have one snafu on the shipping. The shipped it ground (as requested) to the billing address instead of the shipping address. They called me and when I said informed them there would be no one present to sign for it at the billing address, they recalled the order, and upgraded the shipping for free to get it to me just as fast. Sure it would have been better without the hiccup, but they handled the problem well.

Shipping was delayed by 2 days not cell2get fault but they shipped by first class instead of priority but in the positive side wheb i call customer servixe they fully refunded me on the shipping so I can say this company really care about the customer. The phone also works great will recommended this company

So this was refreshing. After several years of up and down service from Apple and Android I decided that I absolutely have to try my hand at other retailers. Ive been burned too many times by first and third party retaiers. The next person I called had to be boring and the business for 10 plus years.

One out of two aint bad. Cell2get was a good option as opposed to ebay, amazon, or several other randoms. I quickly explained what I wanted and when I wanted it. A new Lg phone shipped within the next 3 days. Too much? Evidently not. I needed it shipped by the weekend and it was already Tuesday. I figured I would need to debate or defend myself. Not at all. So far so good. The phone came brand new with everything I needed. This was another notch in the success column. Got it when I needed it. Well done.

These guys are good and more importantly you could trust em.

The customer service was amazing. I bought a Birthday present for my cousin and they went out of their way to make sure it was delivered by the specified date. I requested free shipping which should have taken two weeks but i recieved the phone in about three days. I called because usually if something is too good to be true it usually is. They told me that their stock of Samsungs is large enough that they can usually shiip them out sooner than expected. I was so happy to give my cousin her birthday present ASAP.

Wonderful!

My wife's phone was stolen and my completely crashed in the span of a week. I NEED my phone for work and couldn't wait another day. Not only did I get the phone ASAP but got a GREAT deal on top of all that. Walked away paying much less than I expected with basically the same phone. Went from Samsung s20 ultra to Samsung s20 but for me it's the exact same phone. It to mention the service was 100% excellent.

We received excellent service, detailed and patient by Wilson Although it's was Friday and the store was packed with customers, we received personal attention, we did not feel hurried and got us detailed explanations of the device. Wilson was courteous, friendly and professional. Last week my phone stop working i contact cell2get they advise me to come to the store i wont to the store and they fix the phone on the spotwill be Back to cell2get for more phones i recommend to all family and friends

We ordered a phone for a specific plan from here. When it arrived, it was the wrong phone! We were leaving for a trip so we had hoped to have the new phone by then. I called them and was told the phone we wanted wouldn't be in until a week later. Obviously they sent us this phone to make the sale, as it said right on the invoice what phone it was. Then hoping we would wait for the other to come in. The guy I talked to was very nice about it, but not nice enough to make up for the hassle of doing business with them.

Doesn't even merit a 1-star rating.
Took order, paid additional $29 for 2nd day delivery, charged credit card. No phone after several days so called for tracking number, was told CC was declined. Called CC to see why, and CC confirmed that it was approved, but that C2G had just reversed charge a few minutes earlier (while I was being told it had been declined). Next call to C2G sent me to "Customer Service" recording.

I seriously doubt they have much of ANY product in-hand, but will "sell" you all you want, but you're not going to get it, even as you stare at your "receipt/invoice" on your screen all you want.

The whole transaction was smoother than I thought. Only problem I had was the fact they gave me the wrong shipping company. Nothing a call couldn't fix. After verifying the correct shipping company, everything continued smoothly. Thank you.
