I'm very disappointed with how this brand markets this product through misleading advertising. This is not very not good for branding. Initially, based on the picture on the box, I was under the impression that there would be four brushes that would be a part of the package. To my disappointment, we only received one brush instead. It's ridiculous to expect us to pay 40 dollars for a bag and one small brush. As a result, it completely ruined the brand for me and from now on, I will not be purchasing anything from a brand that resorts to this kind of business tactics in order to get some purchases. Would not recommend.

I have purchased several Catrice products in the past, they were good enough for the price BUT there are better cruelty free brands now. Catrice's products and packaging are a tad dated now... sort of feels like I would by their stuff for my very elderly mother. Quality is okay but the products do not last a full day or night, top ups needed.
I do like the smell of their liquid foundation though, but if I get any in my eyes, say on the water line, it stings like hell. But at least no bunnies have to feel that sting.

I sent 3 emails to their customer service Dept stating that my order was never received. I never heard back. I received a review request from them and left a review stating that I did not receive the order. They found time to reject my review but didn't have the time to address my missing order or issue a refund. I hope their business shuts down soon.

I must say i never would say it but there foundation is soo good and dont get any acne and they dont cost a fortune that helps quite alot
