I sent 3 emails to their customer service Dept stating that my order was never received. I never heard back. I received a review request from them and left a review stating that I did not receive the order. They found time to reject my review but didn't have the time to address my missing order or issue a refund. I hope their business shuts down soon.

I'm very disappointed with how this brand markets this product through misleading advertising....
