Very slow processing/shipping experience. Once the bottle was shipped, I received it in a reasonable amount of time. I did reach out to customer service, and they replied promptly each time. A gift of airplane bottles had been promised and was not included. Customer service provided me a credit for that. My biggest complaint is how long it took for the bottle to actually get shipped. If there is a bottle you can't find somewhere else you might be able to find it here, just don't plan on it arriving fast.

Our retailers do their best to have all orders processed and shipped out as quickly as possible. However, we do allot them 30 days to ensure a successful fulfillment for orders within the United States.
Although the seal of the cap was still sealed, the Meloncello, I ordered, was leaking when I opened the package. Also, the 'free gift' for the order was not included.

I ordered this as a sympathy gift for a friend who had lost his dad. It did take a wee while to arrive, but it did get there. As I live outside of The States, this was the best option to send a lovely Scottish whisky.
