I normally don't bash a company but this one is not good... Customer Service is a joke - wrote them numerous times - no response, finally got someone to respond through Facebook only to tell me there is nothing they can do. I ordered a personalized phone case for my granddaughter which she didn't open until our Christmas celebration - it will not fit - way too small - AND the company will not exchange or make it right. So UNACCEPTABLE! Won't be doing business with them again.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have never been so disappointed in a company. I ordered a case, which gave me an expected delivery date. That delivery date came and my item still had not shipped so i reached out to customer service. I was told by customer service that my item was in production and should ship within the next week. 2 more weeks passed, it'd been a month at this point, and I still had not received shipping information. I reached back out to customer service and they informed me that the case I order a month ago and was told would ship weeks ago was now sold out. I never got the case and am now getting a refund. I waited a month for case that I never got because customer service gave me false information. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT BUYING THIS COMPANY.
I have used one of their phone cases for my iphone xs for a couple of months now. Today I was bored so I was looking at it closely when I realized the back of my phone is shattered. I am only 5 foot so I couldn't have dropped my phone from too high of a distance and it never got ran over or anything. Absolutely shattered, don't buy their useless phone case.
They will cancel your order in a heartbeat. They talk a very big game about being able to customize a case to your own liking, but they will cancel it in a heartbeat if it's not to their liking. They are a Chinese company and apparently subject to Chinese censorship laws. Their example customization shows people in the sample, but one of the things that can get the case rejected is having people's faces in it. You can't do anything fannish. So, no, you cannot customize anything to your own liking. It's just a gimmick.
I bought this phone as a Christmas gift for my daughter who is away at school. When she came home I showed her the case and she put it on her phone. She wasn't happy with how the case looked vs what it was shown as online. Very cheap looking. The coverage was not good enough and we didn't feel that the phone would be protected. I called customer service and was told that I could not return it, it had been past 10 days. This is Christmas gift. They did not waiver. Not I have a crappy looking case that will not protect my phone. I will dispute this charge with my bank. Their customer service is horrible and I will never support a company that does not understand the importance of cs.
It's a drop ship site. They lie about the shipping times because they are all shipped in from China. It's a $#*! scheme to make money. Slow delivery times, though cute, your experience will vary greatly.
To start finding a case is nearly impossible as the UI on their site is terrible. Once you manage to find one, it'll take a good 2 weeks for them to either make the case from scratch or find one (bad organization skills of any) it'll take over 1month to receive it if you're lucky, otherwise expect to go past 2 months. They use DHL for shipping and I don't believe DHL as access to GPS since the package will travail in what appears to be one square km/mile for at least 3 to 4 weeks before making it to a plan. Then DHL will continue to manage to f&$$ it up for a minimum of 1-2 weeks.
So if you're looking for a good case at a better price point then you actually need in the best future, don't waste your time with Casetify!
It's been two weeks now since I ordered and still Casetify customer service can not figure out my order problem. And still USPS awaiting my item since I ordered. CS team follow up my issue very very slow. How bad and unprofessional service they have.
Wife wanted a new case for her new phone. Ordered the case. 10 days later … nothing ships, or confirmed. Numerous emails go out to their "customer service" but get very third world country replies where the email and sentences don't make sense. Then day 16 it says shipped. But from a day before I even ordered the item. How the F does that happen? I email again, nothing. I ask for refund - won't do it. Awful. Stay away.
I don't understand most of the complaints here. I have always had a positive experience…. Aside from the incredibly long shipping time - it took 1 month for me to get my phone case. I had to go to TJMaxx for a cheap one to hold me over. But it's worth it. My first case from them was the Hello Kitty collab which has lasted me TWO years. I received so many compliments for it. I just upgraded from the 11 pro max to the 13 pro max so I needed another one. I ordered the recycled version of the Huyen Dinh artist case, which I really like. I find their cases to be a bit on the expensive side, but if you can find a promo anywhere I'd say their cases are worth $50.
Yes, the long wait sucks, but when I contacted them for updates, they not only upgraded me to express shipping for free, but allowed me to use a 15% discount I found online that I had neglected to apply to my order. I never waited more than 1 day to hear back from their support team. All in all worth the spend, but you need to be reaal patient with shipping.
Ordered an iPhone13 Pro case (Louvre collab) on the 2nd of October in-store (Hong Kong).
1. Price was super high at 600 HKD, but I wanted to know whats all the hype is about - staff said will be delivered within next week.
2. Received an email saying it will be delivered on the 14th of October (instead of the 7th coming from staff)
3. Waited until ~20th of October, item was still nowhere to be seen - NOT a single notification nor email was given.
4. I contacted support, saying they don't cut corners when making their stuff etc., and said it will be delayed until late October.
5. Received notification today saying it will be delayed further to the end of November - I wanted a refund to my credit card but they said they I will need to come to their store.
TLDR: Shipping sucks, very high price-point, not worth the trouble.
I returned back a case which I had paid and they said that I will have credit in my account…. Credit that I am trying to use for over three month now and the order "can't go further"! I've tried so many time with so many different browsers, devices etc So ridiculous company! Worst than all!
I joined Casetify in order to sell my original art for smartphone cases and other accessories. I sent several emails asking to be added to their Artist Collection and for assistance with what to do next. The first email was sent on Sept 16th with an automated reply that my email was received. However, I never received a reply from support after almost a month of repeated attempts. Their Facebook site was unhelpful as well. I just deleted my account. Not a very good first impression, to say the least.
Bought a case from them online and was only told AFTER the transaction was complete that the car was back ordered and that it would be over a month before the case arrived. I ended up having to buy another case from Amazon. Complete and utter waste of money.
I had my case for less than 3 days and it already became chipped and ruined. AWFUL quality. DON' T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Is this a joke? I certainly did not receive an original Casetify case! Below, you will find the case I ordered on your website (pictures 1 to 3) versus the case I received (pictures 5 to 6). What a disappointment! An all-silicone case with a badly printed (pixelated) image and the black outline is really not the same as in the photos on your site.

I ordered a case on July 26 and the estimated date for it was August 6 but never received it with no emails or text from usps or Casetify only saying it's created it's label but that nothing else
They sent the customized case with my name on it to the wrong address TWICE. I was chill on the first one because it can happen since the address is sort of similar (though totally different zip code, so no excuses) but they did it again after they confirmed the address with me. I understand mistakes happen but this is just you not caring about paying customer. It took a whole month back and forth emails and I ended up with nothing. Refund was issued at least but definitely a bummer and a waste of time. I feel bad for some random person with the phone cases with my name on it delivered to them twice in the mailbox.
Just a cheap rubber case that they charge $55 for. Mine has a stain on it and the bumper is discolored and I've had it for a week and a half. Casetify won't refund me unless I send them a video of me cutting the case and trashing it. Tf? Obviously then I wouldn't have anything to protect my phone so I have to buy a new case first before I can get a refund for the damaged one. They said that the phones will discolor over time and there's nothing they can do. Over time? Just over a week... that's how long it took for this thing to get a stain on it that won't come out and for the bumper to become discolored. I've had $6 cases that didn't discolor for a year. Then I go to the website to write a review and there's no way to write a review that I can find. But there's tons of reviews with pictures (all positive)... soooo who's writing these reviews because clearly it's not actual customers. This company is one big scam. For a case that costs $55 to not have any special features like it holds credit cards or has a charger in it, or even comes with a screen protector (that's sold separately for even more money) and is literally just a rubber case, it better be so heavy duty and durable like they claim all over their website that it lasts at least a year. But this thing not being dropped, not left on the ground, not mishandled in any way is permanently stained and discolored in under two weeks... and the company won't refund me. Absolute garbage company with garbage products and garbage customer service. If you decide to buy one because they are cute cases and their marketing is realllllly convincing, you'll see what I'm talking about. But I hope you don't.
Shipping takes forever, they charge a foreign transaction fee that is NOT disclosed at checkout, and their customer service is abysmal. They will do anything they can not to refund you the full amount if you used a coupon on multiple items and want to return one item. They will take that entire coupon code off a single item you are returning instead of dividing it amongst all of the items in your order. So basically you put in a code for 20$ off your order of 3 cases and want to return a single case and they take the entire $20 off that case. Never heard of such a thing. Ridiculous and shameful practices.
Answer: Legit company, sells poor quality cases for high prices though. Would not recommend!
Answer: Nope. Well, maybe to say their cases aren't bad, but you will not get the right case and they'll wear you down until you just accept it or stop bothering them. If you have endless free time and limitless patience, or if you don't care about getting the wrong phone case, have at it, enjoy, I guess! Me, I chose to buy a case from a different company that won't screw me over.
