Bought a report 29.99 which I thought expensive it certainly was I paid 29.99 for NOTHING! Report seemed OK but could not download it as normal and had to keep accessing by a link.One month later tried to access and it says basically report no longer svsolable and they font have copies! I emailed they replied that it was possible to download if I looked under the HELP section BUT jnless I needed help why look there? I assumed the link was the way to view! They also said as they no longer had the report I could buy it again with a 20%discount!
Absolute rip of merchants no instructions how to save report then rip you off! Avoid these clowns and make it known to all these u tubers promoting it its a scam! AVOID AVOID AVOID

States that a car had only one incident (damage), but after purchasing another company's report, it turned out that there were two incidents. Does not correctly indicate a car model in the report and does not show any features of a car.

CarVertical is a scam. Thousands of investors have been left with nothing from the initial investment in their ICO token project. I lost $500. They took the money and are still operating their scam. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER send any funds to this "company". I'm looking for others who want to join an action to report this scam company to the authorities and arrest these scammers from Lithuania.

The ifos are too week.
I though that Car vertical is a useful tool to find more relevant information.
The same information I already found them and still can receive from free, reliable and trusted open sources.
The last two information regarding the ITP are innacurate, mostly the last information from this year regarding my car
Even if the car was in official Hyundai service for an official recall, the Car vertical couldn't offer me any information.

Very quick and reassuring service, especially as I needed to make a decision quickly. Slight problem getting a Northern Ireland (not GB) number plate accepted but after several attempts the plate was recognised. Good value and could save you a great deal of money not to mention stress!

The price is highly affordable compared to other companies if you buy multiple reports. It is however on the high side if you purchase a single report, but considering that you want to proof check multiple cars before buying one, having access to multiple reports is not an issue.
The report provided in my purchase was well documented and easy to read, although I did expect to have more information, but I assume buying a 20 year old car some information will not be available due to the fact that it is so old.

I've purchased a report which has literally 0 value (no information whatsoever). Tried couple of other car checks - and result is exactly the same. I seriously question if business is legitimate since all the cars I queried are relativelly new in age, have service history etc.

I've paid to get few VINs checked and out of 3 vehicles they did not produce a single useful results. Just random facts that I can google anywhere. Don't do my mistake and save your money. They support is useless in that regards.

The only way to feel secure when building a Harley from the ground up is with the security knowing the vehicle has a clean history and and above board with no stolen parts of salvage records to devalue the restoration efforts. My investment in producing a great restoration of a vintage Bike can go forward without worries...

The report was wrong, with general information, odometer with a difference of 20-30,000 km more. It didn't help me at all, it even confused me not knowing what to believe. Apart from the fact that you give money to charity, you are also deceived and stupid.
This site does not have a contact phone number (as a normal site should have), so you have no one to talk to or ask for clarification. They take your money, give you wrong and little information and then don't answer at all.
Fraud on the face!

The information about odometer of the car I checked was almost missing - just two records. I had to pay to different site to get service history of the car online. Other info is OK.

When compared to Total Car Check it's not as good. Doesn't give a clear number of previous keepers. Not as well laid out just over all not as good as Total Car Check which I had been previously using not to mention the price difference with Car Vertical being much more expensive with the price being £21.58 for 2 reports.

Purchased recently a report of the car that was imported to Poland from Denmark.
Report only included 2 mileage points, when the car was very new 17km, and most recent with just below 140k km, nothing in between.
I went on the Danish government official website and was able to check mileage history from inspection records and found out not only technical inspection reports but also what mileage was in between. All for free!
You would expect paid report to include information like that, hence only 3 stars.

Otherwise the report did check for car's damage, has it been stolen etc.

I received a report with all info considered relevant by carvertical not by me as customer: all specs of the car were written in polish language so I cannot understand a word. Beside, a short description of car in report refers to petrol engine performances and data while the car about I asked info is a diesel engine equipped. Thanks a lot for stole my money!
