I found CarVertical online while looking to purchase a used car. I usually buy new but decided to try my hand at getting a used car. I was a little skeptical at first with the stories I've heard about buying used, but CarVertical made the whole process so much easier. They spelled out everything about the car in a very clear and concise way so I felt like nothing was being hidden. Also the blockchain verification gave me a big sense of relief knowing that the car report was accurate. I would definitely recommend CarVertical and would definitely use again!

Let me start by saying that I have never used similar services, so I have no terms of comparison. The service responded to my need to know the registration history of the vehicle. I found the part generated by the AI (on the commercial history of the vehicle model for which I was looking for information) not useful: if I had this need there would have been dozens of more suitable websites for independent consultation.

I've tried carvertical on 3-4 occasions over span of few years but it always end up having too few information mainly in term of age of data. It only seems that vehicles have limited to any information about during first 2-5 years since they are manufactured and sold, and any data after that seems to be inexistant. I am proficient enough when buying cars but on few occasions i wanted to take a look at carvertical and from information that i've saw nothing was relevant as i tend to buy cars at age of around 10 years and last update of that car was 7 years ago.

Carvertical - what a scam that is, best not to use it, purchased a check with them, wanted to see what was the damage of the car, there is no pictures, they say damage type unknown and cost of repair unknown. Contacted them to obtain a refund, they have refused. They say they cannot be responsible for what insurance company is giving them, so false advertisement for the company really. Do not use them, it's a scam!

Paid $25 for a report. Report did not show year and model of vehicle. Did not show that vehicle was involved in multiple other accidents. Very limited to no information. No pictures. No history. This service is a scam!

Only general information available for the vehicle I was interested in. The same information I received from the official local car dealer. Also some info which I definitely knew about the car was not captured in the report. Like that car has passed customs and registered in other country. And some small injures visible on the car were not mentioned at all. Not exact measurement of the odometr (how many kilometers vehicle passed). And the final kilometers were different with over *******. Respectfully I couldn't trust the info that there are no records about car crashes, damages and other negative impacts. I would say that overall experience didn't match my expectations. And don't worth the price.

I got all the information I was needed to be prepared for the personal check of the car I intend to buy. The price of the service was up to the given service. I am satisfied - I was given what I was looking for.

I went online looking for car history on a vehicle what I was interested in. Other well-known vehicle history company charged double. I got the two vehicle history checks for a reasonable price. History was in line with what the seller of my vehicle told me. It appears to be an accurate vehicle history report.

In the report I bought to evaluate my own car, the information in it was wrong.Firstly, the information from the last 4 years is missing, secondly my car had a rear-end accident and thirdly the history was also wrong

There is no inspection of the damage to the car, they identified 2 owners less than in reality, uncertainty in the history of car sales, outdated information on the type of fuel used by the car, no record of car mileage after each re-registration of the vehicle

I know that my car has been owned by at least three owners from WA when it was new, to Vic, when I bought it. But it only picked up on the data when I registered it in NSW. So the mileage goes from 17km when it was first imported new, to the mileage that I registered it. So I have no idea if the "no registered accidents etc" is actually true for the life of the car against its VIN number… or just while I have owned it in NSW… pretty disappointed with the results. The hype makes it sound like it would be able to tell you how many previous owners it had…. If it can't even do that then I suspect the data has limitations from Carvertical. East to use page though. J

Too high a price for the little useful information.
I expected to receive more details about the insurance policies, the revisions made, frequent breakdowns of this type of car, recommendations regarding checks depending on the number of km. Of the car.

I was expecting to find also full detail of the 1st origin of the car. Where it was bought or imported to. Also full details of the car specs it doesn't figure on the research.
No photos were found.
Kms were only followed until 2018.
