I was impressed with the content of the report(s) and satisfied. It made me feel more forearmed to proceed with a purchase.
Additionally there was a suggested check list for an on-site inspection if I were to do the inspection on my own. Very useful.

I ran a report for my car to check the accuracy. You cannot rely on the provided data. My report contains wrong mileage data, data is taken without being verified from obscure car workshops. I contacted the support team but in vain. You will never receive money back on an incorrect or incomplete report. In addition, they will never verify the reality and will not correct the wrong data.

Very close to purchasing a car for our grandson which was not highlighted as a Cat S write off, thankfully used car vertical which did highlight this which the owner was trying to hide, very thankful we used them, checked the replacement car prior to purchase but all in order, don't hesitate to use,superb

I am in no way affiliated with either company. That being said, I ran a history report on my used car with Carvertical after I noticed some odd trim differences on the car. I already have a Carfax report so I was hoping this one might have some more information. I was very disappointed with the results. The report is nowhere near as detailed as the Carfax report. There are no maintenance records at all and my report was missing the first 6 years of history, which was present on the Carfax report. I attempted to get a refund but they refused my request. I think there are much better options out there.

You just saved my pocket, maybe few good thousands of €, showing me a 100 000 km less, recordered on a car. Here, in Romania (EU), plenty cars coming from west side of Europe coming with just few km bu in reality they are more. More! Thank you very much, CV! You worth it!

I gained some extra information about the car (two small repairs on the body in past), mileage which corresponded with service book in the car, but for that money I expected nore detailed information and maybe some photos aswell. So overall It was ok, but next time I would try different car check site…

Absolute waste of money - Same price as a CarFax or AutoCheck, with WAY less information. Generic entries for title changes, no maintenance info. Lots of filler, like brochure information and general data about your car, but nothing specific. A whole bunch of nothing... WASTE of money!

When I checked car which I want to buy, this $#*! of site said, car had total damage (50 000€)!? The true is little accident (4000€).
Where are your's evidence to prove your claim?
People can lose money because of yours bull$#*!s, that is unacceptable!

I will never use CarVertical again, and I urge everyone else to avoid them.
Their checks can be wrong, and you could end up losing a lot of money. Avoid at all!

Carvertical did give me more information than the average free vehicle check, and i am pleased I now have the printout to keep with my car documents. What i really needed was more information on my cars history and import/export. The car was re-imported to the UK in 2021, and i was hoping to find out more about the period 2012-2021, but it was just a blank on the report.

Its still something I would do when buying any car though.

I wanted to query the history of the car I'm about to purchase. I've got a 10+ pages long report that mentioned that the car was involved in some kind of accident, there are some minor damages on the side. However the report didn't mention any specifics, no photo, nothing about the damage. The rest of the report only contained the milage information, and some generic maintenance advice that can be found in the car's service manual. Asked for a refund, as in my case I should have just burned the money, but they said they are sorry that the report was useless, but it is what it is.

I checked once Renault Megane 2019 from Switzerland *******km. Although the first car owner had an accident and car was damaged, there was nothing about it to see in report. They have to improve their sources and reports.
