To be honest, CarVertical is worth the money, but still needs A LOT of improvement.
After offering to generate 3 documents each about 13euro each I thought they will provide some useful information. But no. Only a few service information was shown and how much the vehicle has traveled (with missing checkpoints also). No information is provided what was fixed within the car. It is understandable that there might no be much information about the car, but why then requesting almost 40euros for almost no information? Since the check is done before payment they already know how much information can be provided. I don't like being charged for no information.

My friend wanted to see his car's history, we know that car had 1 accident, and he wanted to see the detailed report with photos or any other info about that accident. CarVertcal says that they can refund if the report is empty, and it was really empty, it showed us some general info about car without millage and accident. They made a refund after 2 weeks ( maybe earlier, not sure), but they try to save earned money in any way.

I got a report on a car that it had minor damage on the rear left bumper and the rear bumper around December 2022. That can't be possible, since the car wasn't driven in that period. Further illogicality is that the estimated value of the damage was around 400 EUR, which is extremely low value for any kind of damage in the back of the car.
Apart from that, the UI and UX while purchasing and waiting for the reports is really nice. I would reuse this app for sure, just got a bit disappointed with the returned data in the report.
Not Very good choice for Portugal. I checked for a CAR first sold in Germany and brought to Portugal 3 years later and you missed it (the importation history) as well as you couldn't find any Service history in Germany for the first 3 years, which was what i was looking for. I already had all the information from Portugal, so in reality i paid for nothing. If you Miss the car being brought to Portugal, you probably Miss everything else. So, for a moderate expensive Service (40,55€), for giving me no new information, i cannot submit a positive review. Hope runs better with other countries.
Their ALL search should be extended at least for all EU countries, currently it is not the case. So the user can not be sure, how accurate is their analyses. Well if the country was registered from the first time in Hungary, and you buy the car there, then it should be a very good accuracy. But if the first registration was not there, then you cna not be sure
