I called Car Shield to ask a question about having my brakes replaced. I was told that you would replace brakes. Took my car to the dealership and they replace the brakes for $888.00. They also told me that Car Shield will not pay, I Advise them that I did contact you and was told that you do replace brakes, he called you and was told that you do not pay for this. Why am I paying you, the commercials say, take it to the dealer before it is too late and cost too much. I am a senior and that hurt having to pay that amount out of pocket. This is why I pay you monthly. Very disappointed.

Car Shield Notified me when the settlement negotiations was complete. Waiting for repair shop to acquire replacement parts and complete repair order. The replacement parts are on order with anticipated delivery of this week.

Negotiations with service shop is poor. I had serious next to catastrophic bearing failure. I took my truck to the closest shop. After long negotiations between the shop, Car Shield and me I ended up covering several hundred dollars. I check with other preferred shops and they said the same thing, they will not conceded to the low ball offer and are not willing to use CarShields parts. Everyone in the situation was very citrus but I ended up taking the added expense.
