I ordered a new debit card anc called car shield to give them new card number for auto withdrawal and it was a great experience. Quick, professional. Well, the card did not work so we had to get another. This one works so i again called car shield with this new number. The girl was not as pleasant as the first one. I asked her to repeat the number back to me and she told me she could not do that. I was offput about that but otherwise it was handled ok.

My Auto Front Grille Shutter malfunction,needed to be replaced. I took my car too my mechanic and they contact CarShield. The part was covered under my CarShield Warranty. I had a good experience through CarShield.

In 2022, I had to get a turbocharger for my former 2007 Audi Quattro Automatic Transmission Station wagon. The parts would have cost me over $5,000 dollars. But fortunately, then and now I didn't have to pay that enormous price that I was quoted from the dealership and other auto mechanics. CarShield replaced the Turbocharger. I paid only my $200 dollar deductible. I was so happy and relieved thanks to CarShield.

At first I was told I wasn't covered for my car's problem but after hours of phone calls from the shop and myself the coverage came through
James, after further review it appears the repair facility initially called in the incorrect part, which lead to the misunderstanding in the claim. We are always willing to go over your contract with you, explain the claim process, and address any issues. After finding out that my repair did not qualify for Car Shield repairs, I was impressed with the fact the secretary was willing to work with me (split the repair job into 3 parts) when I told her that I could not afford the entire price all at once.

I was told on November 15 by a Customer Care agent that my repair my would be covered, however when the repair shop called Car Shield, on December 18 he was told that the repair was not covered.

Locking hub on my F350 would not lock. I called CarShield and checked it to my local mechanic and they replaced my locking hubs with OEM parts and all I paid was $100 for the service. Thank you.

I must have hit something in the road because it made a loud noise, then it sounded like I had created a hole in my muffler. I brought the car to my mechanic and he said a piece of the tailpipe had come off, and it would have to be replaced at a cost of $700. I called car shield to report it and ask for it to be covered. I have never heard from them since.
