Carshield came through once again on my Cadillac Escalade with a rear main and oil pan seal without one problem. Carshield is the best warranty company on the Market and I have also put them on my Infiniti as well. I have been with them now over 7 years without one issue

I informed the associate that I had received a notice in the mail stating my contract was cancelled. The agent was quick to check my account and report to me that I was up-to-date with all my payments and thus I was in good standing She was courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful. She directed me to disregard the notice. I do not remember the exact date of my recent experience, so I just indicated the date below at random.

Experience was okay. Communication was good. Felt like, with having the "luxury electronic package", more repair items should have been covered. Once I've paid $1,200 a year just for the warranty, then $100 out of pocket for the claim, only $145 + an Alternator was actually paid by Car Shield. The Haslet autobody shop, KND, was great with their communication and did honest, work at a very fair price!

A couple of months after I signed up, I almost cancelled. Car shield reps worked with me to find the right coverage that better suited my needs that fit with my budget. I questioned my decision from time to time, all the way up until my transmission AND differential both gave out simultaneously. Over $8,000.00 that they covered. I had to pay almost $450.00 for the stuff that wasn't covered like fluids. Saved my A**! As long as you read your contract and know what to expect, Car Shield is a very good service.

I recently broke down and had to have a tow truck take my vehicle to my Chrysler dealership. I called CarShield and spoke to a person on the phone and explained the situation. Because I was at work all week, it was hard for me to be on the phone to handle everything, but CarShield worked hand-in-hand with the dealership. I didn't have to do anything. The dealership sent the pictures and information that was needed and within a few days time I had my vehicle back and CarShield paid over $2000 worth of repairs and left me my small deductible and a little difference in labor for a total of $170. They have really stepped up their game. Their customer service is great and the whole experience gave me complete peace of mind. CarShield is worth having and I highly recommend it to anyone who has a vehicle, especially if it is not a new vehicle and you are concerned about electronics and other parts breaking down. My problem was to do with the powertrain valve body, an 5 hour repair on my Chrysler 300C, and my vehicle only has 42,000 miles on it. CarShield was amazing to work with. My windshield wiper fluid wasn't working. The motor went out. It was covered under this warranty with $100 deductible...still cheaper than paying out of pocket for it. Fast claim time and payment to the company who fixed this for me!

Had coverage for 3 years after initial warranty ended at 60k miles. Drove 33,000 miles. Had number of small repairs. None were covered by Car Shield. Repairs cost 6k. Rat or mouse nest found in engine compartment. Repairs were 1,800. Car shield does not cover rodent damage.
