Terrible- I called CarShield and was informed my Rear Sunshade motor, (the same as a Window motor) was covered). I took my car to a reputable - authorized desler. Once the diagnosis was submitted-CarShield denied the claim, saying since the Motor was humming, it was probably a Good motor. Yeah, sounds about right- Do internal wiring shorts inhibit the motor to lock up? Yes. That means motor is not and cannot be made to function. Best to change out the small Mortor that lifts and brings the shade down into the rest window package tray.

Recently, our escape encountered a transmission issue. Our auto repair facility collaborated with Carsheil to replace the transmission. The Carsheil representative ensured that we were kept in the loop.

I bought this extended warranty while I had less than 30,000 miles on my truck. The price was right and the service is exemplary. I had a great time dealing with the company, and am looking forward to the peace that having this warranty will give me for the next 5 years

My 2015 Subaru Outback developed a loud "whining" noise and I had the belt checked and replaced the wheel hub bearings but the noise was still there. I friend that works as a mechanic told me it was most likely the transmission and I should have it checked out at a shop. That's when I called CarShield customer service and they found a repair shop in my rural area that takes the CarShield insurance.
It was diagnosed that the transmission was bad and needed replacement. CarShield insurance covered a rental car for 2 weeks, while my car was in the repair shop. CarShield also covered the transmission replacemwnt minus my deductible. Our car now drives smoothly again with no more loud noises. I will admit I was skeptical about CarShield at first but so far it has been a blessing to have and CarShield has really saved the day for me and my family. I couldn't be happier with CarShield and the warranty I purchased.

They are trying to find a way not to pay for covered. The service department tried on 4 different occasions to contact customer service and didn't get a response. The service department worked with me to cover some of the cost that you all denied.

To my jeep in because it was shutting down while driving. The technician said it was oil housing and oil sensor problems also the crankshaft sensor was failing. You guys said prove it. It didn't fail in the shop but it did three times the next day so. Now I got take it back 3days before Christmas. It shut down trying to merge onto the Pennsylvania Highway which is very dangerous. The crankshaft sensor is cover so why just cover it.
