I was contacted by a representative, showing concern about how my vehicle was being taken to the same shop 3×'s for what appeared to be the same problem, she then went on to help me find another shop that accepted carshield she was patient and kind, I think we were on the phone for about a hour or so but she wouldn't give up, we googled and researched, she gave me big sister vibes she was awesome.

WONDERFUL! From the moment I first called I was taken great care of. Car Shield scheduled my repair appointment; they arranged for a car rental and they kept me abreast of what was occurring. When I picked up my car, the repair bill was $8,600, (rental additional $1,000). My cost?….$108.00

The cost to replace the faulty touch screen on my car was covered by Car Shield. However, I was not expecting that Car Shield does does not cover the cost off programming it so it will function properly.

I was lied to out right by a representative about bumper to bumper coverage (Platinum Protection) and when it came time to utilize coverage I didn't have Protection for a sensor problem and to add salt to the wound I had to pay for diagnostic fee the worst $500 dollars spent. Read this contract before signing any especially the fine print and try your best to read in-between the lines and record your conversations whenever talking with anyone within this company. Left with a disabled car and a $1000 dollar repair. 👎🏽

Called Carshield to explain covered insurance on my 2015 jeep. They explained all the coverages and advised what to do and how to proceed with my repairs. After inter acting with the mechanic they sent an inspector to review claim and then approved the majority of repairs,
