The website is extremely easy to use. And I have always found the products offered by Carrot-Top to be among the very best in the industry! And customer service. Hands-down the best I have ever experienced when ordering flags or flag-related materials.

My only issue was that I had ordered some election-related materials that, while on the website it indicated the items were in-stock, I learned the following day via email from a Customer Service representative that the items, in fact, were NOT in-stock, and would not be in-stock until nearly two weeks AFTER the election. Obviously this did me no good for this election cycle. As a result, I ended-up cancelling more than 2/3 of my order. It was extremely frustrating, and while I appreciate the assistance that the customer service representative provided me, it seems that a failure in meeting customer expectations of that magnitude should have elicited some form of recompense to me, the customer, as a way of mollifying my frustration at having to make-do with less than half the items that I had anticipated ordering/receiving when I had finalized my order. Perhaps free shipping? Or a percentage discount on the items ordered? Something for my trouble. Because, as I previously mentioned, your website stated the items WERE in-stock, and only afterward did I learn differently. I would have never ordered several items, and may have considered abandoning the order entirely and going with a different vendor where I could have gotten all of the items I wanted (admittedly, the election-related items would most likely have been a bit different in construction and appearance, but at least I would have had them!). Nonetheless, the matter is moot now. But I will certainly think twice about my next order with Carrot-Top. While I do prefer Carrot-Top's product quality, this recent experience will prompt me to do a lot of comparison shopping prior to placing any orders in the future. And if a competitor is able to provide products and service anywhere near what Carrot-Top does, the competitor will get my business.
