Very easy system to use.

I had ordered some flags an actually ordered the wrong type. A representative from Carrot-Top called right away and confirmed that we ordered a different flag than we had in the past. The flag would have been wrong and we would have to reorder. Thanks for keeping an eye on us.

Great experience--no problem at all getting on line and ordering these products. Ordered on Wednesday, received on Friday. My friend was flying the flag on his boat on Saturday. Can't beat that!

I am disappointed that a repair in not available for the spinner pole.

This was probably the fault of the USPS: I was notified on November 8th that the flag had been delivered, but it wasn't. However, it did arrive the next day, 9th of November, just in time for the Marine Corps Birthday on the 10th.
