Carport

We had got quote with carport.com and another company. I called carport.com to talk to them about it. The guy we were talking to, Andy, thought that he put us on hold, but he didn't. He was talking to his boss and we heard everything. Talking about me using the F word and a lot of other extremely unprofessional things. If you like to work with people that are extremely unprofessional - then carport.com is for you!

Took a while to get installed. Once I pushed a little, it was up in a couple weeks. The scheduler told me Tuesday afternoon, but installers showed up at 7am, and since I was not available that early, there was a little delay. They did a good job installing it, and we are happy with the structure.

Had trouble getting questions answered. After install will see if I would recommend or order again.
If you are not on a tight time line or have special site circumstances this is a good value for what you get. Over all I am happy. Everyone was nice even though they could rarely answer my questions. 6 to 8 weeks ended up being 12 weeks and install day got pushed forward 3 times.

This will be our second elephant building. Great product, bet value we could find out there. The service and installation are top-notch. They show up on time, complete their work and leave you with a great finished product.

I am very satisfied with the product. It was scheduled on august 6th but they arrived a day early which was a pleasant surprise! The workers completed the installation as promised within an hour. My neighbor saw it and said he was going home to order one for his carport. Thank you for a great product

Order was ready much earlier than I expected. Installers were very polite and even arrived early. After about 2 months the quality seems to be exceptional and I am very pleased with my purchase. The professionalism this company showed was outstanding. Definitely recommend!

My overall experience was good,Carport kept me updated on my order,due to the pandemic it took a few weeks to get my order but arrival time they installed immediately and cleaned up.Thanks carport.

This carport is just what we were looking for. Well built and it was assembled quickly. The overall height is larger than we needed. Make sure you order the legs to include roof height of approximately three feet.

Web site is easy to order from,hope set up and delivery is the same,we will see. The men that put it up did a good job but they didn't clean up after their selves and I had to pick up screws and metal scraps out of my drive way,and if they could speak English that would have made tings easier.

I bought a garage from this place a few years ago very well made decided to order again this time I bought a carport it's very nice heavy made very good the men that put it up were very hard workers had it completed in a little over one HR it's going to protect my new truck thank you Carolina carports

Excellent product, great price, great crew doing the install and very fast! Would definitely buy again and I'm looking to do so in the near future! I want to put a picnic area in my back yard with a kitchen/BBQ area on my 2 acre lot. I will surely be buying from you guys.

I am very happy with my carport. My only complaint is that the people who installed were not Americans and they could not speak English well enough. It was extremely difficult in trying to communicate. This would be the one thing that I would warn people about.

So far so good.I received my carport yesterday here in upstate N.Y., the three men that installed the carport were very sufficient and did an excellent job in doing so and showed me along the way on what they were doing. I am very satisfied, very good quality and would recommend this product to anybody. Thank You Elephant Structures, job well done.

Took two months till set up. Installation crew was pleasant to deal with but, they didn't install carport to my instructions. One side of the leg is hanging off the concrete by an inch and a half. I have contacted Carolina carports about the issue and waiting for a response.
