Yea you get free shipping(at a cost of service) the online builder is great, better than anyone's(carport.com). Pricing is way less than all the others(again at a cost in service, you get what you pay for). So really there is no reason for any of the complaints. You get a high quality building at the price of a sears metal shed. So common sense tells you, somewhere you have to sacrifice and by the reviews we can tell where it was done here.
