I have had a roof that was improperly installed and is leaking. It has been this way since installed in January! I have been trying to get this issue resolved. I call at least twice a week. It took two months to get a crew out here for inspection. Once inspected, they agreed the roof was improperly installed. Instead of repairing, they had to get approval to do repair. I am STILL WAITING for this to be repaired! In the meantime, I have items in my garage getting rained on and have had to move as much as possible to other places. Including renting a storage unit. So not only do I have money for a garage, but now spending money on storage. *******879.
I think it is a good product at a fair price, but three months to deliver a carport? Your competitors do it in three weeks. And I was told by the salesperson when I ordered this unit that delivery time was 6 ~ 8 weeks, but I was willing to wait, just not this long.
The first attempt at delivery/setup was a disaster. I wasted two different afternoons waiting, and with no communication from the seller or installer until after the fact. Your communication skills could use an upgrade.
The crew that finally installed my unit today, May 25th, did a great job and were very professional. It was a different crew that never made the install the first go-a-round back in early April. I ordered this unit in February.
We were contacted at least 3 times stating the carport would be installed on a set date and then they did not show up. When the finally did show up they did not bring the generator needed for power. They were informed at least two times that one would be needed as the power was not on in the house yet. This made us have to rent a generator so they could complete the work. We have been told we will be getting our money back for this rental charge. In addition one of the anchors was missing at time of installation. That work was later completed. The carport does seem sturdy and was put together well and did not have any damage at time of installation. The workers were competent and professional while completing the work.
When shopping for a carport online we found Elephant Structures to be quick and easy to design the carport we needed. The price was great and we joke about the structure being the same price if they built it or we built it - why would we build it? The structure will now be protecting our precious trailer we call Thumper (Airstream Bambi) from the snow and hail we get in Colorado. All in all, it was a great experience and we would not hesitate to use Elephant Structures for any future needs we have. Thank you.
The materials were of good quality. Installers were paid to install but would not. Called Elephant back was told we would be refunded the installation fee but have not received it one month later. No I would not recommend to anyone.
I made 4 trips to my property where the carport was to be installed before anyone showed up. This was costing me about $60 each time.
I will be needing another carport in the future. I will call someone more dependable.

Delivered earlier than I expected. Was very happy about that. The crew was organized and quick. They even worked in the rain and drizzle all day. I am happy with the quality of the building and car port. THANK YOU!
Had to cut wall since it actually was 8'2' making it taller than my building I had already purchases from your company. I had to pay to have it cut down to 8' by deliver people that you had contracted. Not their fault but building walls were made that way. Need more consistency.
These guys were horrible, they sent my order to another company and 20 days later I was told my price went up, cancelled order and lost my deposit.
Everything went very smooth paid a little more than i wanted but i am happy with the product. The crew that delivered and installed it did a great job went right to work and had it up in a flash very happy with them!
The carport arrived as scheduled. They told me it would be 6-8 weeks and they were right. Fernando and the others arrived as planned and had it up and they were gone in under 3 hours. They did a good job on the assembly and I have no complaints. Communication was ok, not the best, but overall did what they said they would.
Building was delivered ahead of schedule. Very pleased with crew that delivered and installed rv carport. You could not ask for a better crew, friendly and professional. The site was left clean, with no trash. I would recommend Eagle Carports and will buy again when needed. Payment was not asked for until installation was complete, clean up and I was 100% satisfied. Thanks for a quality building and installation.
Have purchased before and glad to do it again. First time was a diy project, this time was full installation. It was done much faster than I did it and I was completely satisfied. Excellent job! Excellent structure!
The price was very good but the communications with the third party and contractors who actually delivered and installed the product was very poor. The date first set was within the time frame but no one showed up and no one called. After further calling and checking was told that they could not get to mine and should have let me know. It took lots of calls to get it rescheduled. The installation was excellent once they arrrived and the contractors did a very good job.
For those of you who choose to do-it-yourself, be aware that there will not be any instructions or blueprints to follow. I had to google other carports to figure out where all of the parts need to go.
The installation had several problems which I am talking to the company that installed the unit. I'm not sure how or if they will fix the problems with the installation
They called and was going to bring my carport but messed up on the paper work. A month later they still hadn't brought it out so my husband went and picked it up at eagle carports not elephant structures but I am satisfied with the carport just confused about the whole experience

The installer were the best, hard working man, they did not take breaks, they did not eat until they finished

Very good website and configuration. I would have liked a 360 degree view of the building and custom placement of a door in the back wall. We have a fence behind the carport and would have liked to have a back wall with a door lined up to the gate
