Buying wheels for my LR3, and called with some questions about fitment. They were very friendly and helpful. I've searched MANY wheel dealers recently, and CARiD had the best selection and prices of anyone (at least for my vehicle). Will definitely use them again.

I was looking for a item couldn't find it reasonable enough to purchase Mr. Kevin the customer attendant took his time to send me links and item #'s to see what it was they offered and the prices were reasonable than could imagine. I then purchased two other items just because of such top shelf service. Kevin assured me that the items were from different manufactures the parts wouldn't have any noticeable difference when applied to my truck. The items were shipped out the next day. GREAT!

Luis was the most helpful person I encountered in my search for a new set of wheels. I contacted more than 10 sites and no one else would either help or care enough to find just the right set. I know he went to work and called many different manufactures to find what I wanted. I had a specific type and size I wanted due to a big brake kit, and sure enough he came through, and and the right price. I can't say enough good things about them!

My first time placing an order was a great experience and I would definitely order in the future.
We relied on them to tell us the rim size we needed. Gave them all the necessary vehicle information. They rims we received were the wrong size. We had to pay for the return shipping and they charged us $10 per rim ($40 in total) as a "return fee". So in total we paid $100 to have the wrong rims shipped to us, $100 to ship them back and on top of it all a $40 penalty to return the rims they told us we needed to buy!

We listened to the sales call, you asked what was the stock size on your vehicle application because you were going to use the factory size tires, and the agent confirmed that it was 17".
There is no agent's mistake here, because 2016 Kia Forte Sedan has 17" stock rims. We do have a very strict return policy for the rims and tires. In most cases they are non-returnable, however in your case the manufacturer agreed to take them back. The return authorization form had already been requested.

When I found out that the aux battery I ordered couldn't be shipped to me I was transferred to Kimberly who I talked to about my refund to my debit card. She offered to see if there was another way I could receive an aux battery for my 2015 Chevy Malibu. She put me on hold then told me that it wasn't possible so she processed my refund and told me all I needed to know about their refund policy. I received my refund soon after. Because of their professional staff I'll be shopping on CARiD in the future.
Kayla with customer service was very helpful in finding the correct car seats for my car. She also advised me that the seats would not be delivered until after the 25th which I appreciated by her calling and asking the manufacture. Although I will not have my car seat covers before xmas it's ok because I know she helped to ensure I receive the correct ones.
I had the pleasure of working with Stephen... he provided fast and courteous service, was able to identify the correct part I needed. Will do business with Carid again.

Placed an order for tires, order was canceled because they were out of stock/unavailable. Credit card was however charged, and the email stated would be refunded "3-5 business days". Still waiting days later. Contacted merchant asking why refund was taking so long and was told order was canceled. Contacted again and was then told the credit card charge had been declined when they attempted to charge it (odd how they would even attempt to charge for goods that were not in stock). Contacted credit card company and now pursuing a dispute to refund me the $422.30 for the tires that were never shipped. Very poor customer experience.

My rep was great! I called and told her what I was looking for and with a few questions she had sent me everything I asked for. Very friendly and helpful! She actually sounded like she liked her job!
It's probably my fault for shopping while tired but reading they would price match I felt comfortable to buy a set of wheels and tires from them, but I was wrong.
I did a little more searching the next day on other sites. Not only are other sites about $30 less per tire and about $40 less per wheel, but they also charge a ton for shipping. I've spoken to 2 reps and they refuse to do anything to "price match". They also only gave a 24h return policy on wheels and tires. It's my fault for trusting this site but I figured I'd write this review to to save someone else from making the mistakes I made when dealing with these people.

They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
