Placed an order got the invoice and they took my money! A week goes by and I get an email saying the tires I wanted were out of stock, but they could give me some that were more expensive for the same price(yea right)! Anyway I agree because I really wanted the 4 set plus a spare! A month passes and then I get an email saying the rims are discountiued! Why are they on the site to begin with? Luis offers me another rim and spare at the same price, so I tell him whichever rims I pick out I want those for the same price! He agrees! A few days later I get the invoice and it only has a set of 4 instead of 5 like I ordered! I email to let them know what happened and didn't get a response until a few days later! Now we are almost at 2 months from when I placed the original order! Luis final emails me back and said I was right! Now I'm tired of dealing with them! He gives me a number to call to cancel my order, but guess what? They unfortunately have already started drilling my rims!(BS)! So know I stuck with this order! That's how they get you! Beware of this company! I told them I could have ordered what I wanted from somewhere else, so I guess that's why they told me it can't be canceled now! I would never order anything else from the place again and advise that if anyone else is thinking about ordering from them think twice about it!

Great custmor service. Had to send part back because it was Diagnosed wrong. Part was returned with no problem. And refund issued.
I ordered a duraflex ******* for my 2008 Charger SRT 8 from another seller, it didn't fit. I messaged CARiD and explained everything and they told me they would check with the manufacture to verify fitment, 2 days later told me it would. I got the bumper about a week later and it didn't fit either. Messaged them again and they sent me through their scripted bs and how they would have to verify I was eligible for a return. Didn't want to wait so ordered another bumper from them, Sherman 173-87-1, that they guaranteed to fit and said it was SRT8, in the pictures it looks SRT8. Ordered it and about another week later got the part, it fit but was wrong, it is the v6 regular charger bumper. My car was in the shop for about 6 weeks waiting for a front bumper so I put the v6 bumper on to get my car back and CARiD had no interest in fixing any problem since I painted and installed the last bumper. The part I ordered was $668 the one they sent is $78 on their site but because I painted and installed it they said they couldn't do anything. Charged me srt8 price and gave me base v6. GARBAGE SELLER!

I ordered a Set of Wheels & Tires and Customer Service was great. The ordering process went very smoothly and the item actually shipped several days ahead of what was scheduled. That is where the feel good part ends and the UPS frustration starts. Everything was going great and I was checking the Tracking daily to make sure there were no "issues" along the way. The day prior to the delivery day, I looked at the tracking for each item, two were in my Local UPS hub ready for delivery. But, the other two were now listed as "Exception". I contacted UPS and they told me one of the two items was now scheduled for delivery today, but unsure what the status of the second is. Now I'm sitting at Home with two Wheels & Tires, unable to do anything except to wait and hope the others arrive soon. Please offer more than UPS as the Shipping choice in the future as some like myself would rather pay a little extra than deal with that inept Company...
All parts are high quality. Service is good. If a mistake happens, it's taken care of quickly. Csrlos had me on the phone was very fast solved my issue and was very pleasant to talk to.
Order your products elsware! I ordered a grill online from Carid.com. A large factor in my decision was picking a grill that was "available" and not on back order. I purchased my grill and got my estimated ship date of 7 days later. A few days later I got an update email saying the ship date was changed to 11 days (there was a long weekend the day after my original ship date, so I'm a little disapointed but understanding). No word from carid and my ship date comes and goes, so I try to track my shipment online on there website and it says "no shipment found". Naturally I call them to check on the shipment at which point (after several lengthy holds) I am told the grill is on back order and won't ship for another 2 weeks. I explain my disappointment and frustration to the customer service agent that I am needing to contact them after my ship date to find this out and clearly she is only interested in me accepting what she said and getting me off the phone. After a lengthy conversation about how this is not acceptable and my suggestion that I should in some way be compensated for their lack of customer service and luring customer to buy their products based on a lie, and demanding some kind of compensation she is authorized to offer me a 4% ($30) gift card for my troubles. They are faulsly advertising their product availability to entice customers and then wait for them to complain before anything is done. I am yet to receive my grill, and will update this review when and if it ever shows up or if they chose to right their wrong doing.

Ordered the T-Rex® Z******* - ZROADZ Series Black CNC Machined Main Grille with 1 x 20" Slim Single Row LED Light Bar. Item just as described. Had a little mishap with manufacturer not putting the light bar in with the grill. Contacted CARiD, they jumped right on the issue! Light bar received a few days later... ALL GOOD! When I needed to replace a aftermarket headlight on my 2011 Dodge Challenger every one else wanted to sell me both sides not just the one I needed Aundra at carid.com called the manufacturer and made a special request order to oracle for them to make me what i needed and Reuben who helped when I called back for payment was very helpful in making sure I ordered the right thing thank you guys you earned my business from now on
Blaise was great to work with, but unfortunately that was the only thing good about this transaction. I was told 5 to 10 days for delivery and three weeks later I am still waiting for my order. I also asked to make a follow-up purchase to an order I made last year and was told I had to go through a different sales person who still hasn't been able to help me. I believe that she doesn't have the interest to do so.

I have ordered several items over the last couple of months online everything has been shipped in a timely manner and was as described the last order I called and talked to Jacob in customer service very professional service helped me find an air intake I was looking for. Great service.

I spoke with Latoya and I had explained to her about a item that I order was not the correct item, but Lotoya went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of, even to the point of giving me the correct item number for future reference.
I saw a bedliner listed I was interested in but with no freight price listed. I made the mistake of hitting buy it and then asking for a freight cost to decide if I wanted it. This was on a Tuesday, ever time I tried I tried to complete the transaction it I could not because they had not set a freight cost. Finally on Friday they e mailed saying a freight cost of $200 had been set on a &147 item. The e mailed on sat morning saying I had failed to complete the purchase in 4 days so we're opening a failure to pay case. So now they are trying to force me to buy this item with threats. I asked them multiple times for a freight cost so I could make a decision. I will not pay $350 for a $147 item no matter what they threaten. The sad thing is I had found many items in their catalog I wanted for my truck but I would not buy a damn thing from them now!

Usually Magnaflow meaning vehicle specific high performance exhaust systems, with badges and polished tips etc. In this case the universal Magnaflow mufflers were purchased. They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
