This was my first purchase from CarID. I've known about them for a while.The guy Jamie from customer service assisted me and went through different sear covers for my car and took my order.
The vendor said fit my carJodi (from Customer Service) what would I would consider above and beyond to try to rectify the problem they dealing with the vendor who was clearly wrong - Very impressed with her.
I was doing research to find the best price and had put the carid listing beside an ebay one and went with the carid because it listed the shipping as 0.00 which was not the case as listed on the order page displayed. I'm sticking to ebay from now on.
Worst customer service to deal with. Period. Ive ordered brakes over 2 month's ago and they dont reply to anythimg you send and very limited hours

This place is a joke. Sends me wheels without hub rings. Who does that? Note. All Jettas require hub rings. Called customer service everyday for 4 days and was told that we should have them the next day. Week later and no rings. Asked for a manager and no call to date. Requested to return products and told me I could not. Cancelled through my credit card company since they did not deliver the full product. What a waste of time. Run away!

I ordered headlamps for my 2000 Dodge, Durango. They guaranteed fitment. Totally opposite there were gaps on both sides of the headlamps. The beams were insufficient. Very difficult to adjust. I required an auto shop to install them. At the end of the installation realizing that they didn't work properly I requested an RA and any consideration on car IDs part. I spent $150 to have them installed and adjusted. It wasn't an easy installation. It cost me another hundred dollars to have them removed in the original headlamps replaced onto the Durango. The originals as bad as they were provided better light than the ones I ordered. Customer service was difficult to reach. I was on hold for a very long time the two or three times I tried to get through to them. I provided them with pictures of the bad fitment and to this day months later they're still offering the same headlamps which are very dangerous. On top of that they don't fit properly. The part number is 2lhp dak97jm tmi, I would stay away from this Chinese manufacturer. They misrepresent their product. In car ID does nothing about it. At the end of spending $250 over this episode and receiving an RA 17 days after I filed my complaint they offered me a $35 gift certificate. Car ID needs to go to Amazon fulfillment school it's very obvious they don't care all that much about their customer base. It's just a numbers game for them. Buyer beware.

On May 27,2017 I ordered rims from CariD. Shipment was promised on May 30, then on June 2, then on June 5 and on June 6. By this time I attempted to cancel the order.
They refused to cancel the order, even though their site claims you can, but there is the feature do do so does not work. Feel robbed.

You would be better off making your own parts. They sent me the wrong headlights(cheaper BTW) when I called in, I was told that my part was not in stock. They shipped me a cheaper part without contacting me first and didn't refund any money. The other item I ordered was wrong as well, nothing like the picture. I could go on for days about how many times I called to fix this or how they messed up the return process as well. It's been over two weeks and still trying to return items! STAY AWAY from this company!

I had ordered front grille for my nissan xterra and later on that week, a buddy of mine has one he wanted me to have. I had to cancel the order at Carid. They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
