I booked a car with Carflexi online and paid required fee. At the airport, when picking up the car, it turned out that additional fee was required. The second fee was not mentioned before I made the booking. I used another rental company but never received back the initial payment. Looks like a scam to me...
We have purchased fully cover insurance for damage with no excess and apparently, we are not covered for anything!
Big scammers and do not take responsibility!

We use Carflexi because you can specify an estate car (station wagon) which is what we generally want. This time we were given an automatic which was great as we had a very long journey. Our only issue is our fault as we always fail to ask to be given a quick run through of the car's features. Cars now are more like space stations and we spend ages trying to work out the various controls!
We don't even look at any other company now and we're very happy with the service we get.
Very unpleasant experience. I booked for the first time a rental car through CarFlexi. The local Hertz could not provide the car class and offered to cancel at no charge.
A few weeks after I discovered CarFlexi charged me. I asked for a refund but they wouldn't take responsibility and gave all sorts of excuses why not.

I rented a car through website but I also phoned to explain that i will arrive at Lisbon Airport at 00.30, they told me no problem everything is fine. When I arrived no car no more answers at the phone i was left alone at The airport in Plein pandemic time. I have to spend 100 euro of taxi and everything goes off. I will charge them
This is the WORST experience ever in renting a car. I agreed to a contact with CarFlexi because they said that Third Party coverage was included in the price. That was a complete lie. It cost me over $510 US more to rent a car for three weeks than was quoted by CarFlexi. I have been emailing some guy named *? And all I get is B. Shi. This company is a complete FRAUD. I will never use them again and if anyone has any sense they would never use this company for car rental services. I gave them a 1 because there was no zero or minus sign. Please don't get fooled like me.
Update.
I received another email today, February 25 2021, and got the same BS. The only difference is it was from another person. They can't get it through their thick sculls the position that I was in when I arrived at the car rental office in Mazatlan. I had no choice but to pay for the car rental or go without a car. They don't understand that if they had looked at how Mexico insurance works, they would have had to charge me a lot more and I would not have used their services. I feel like they used me. Stay away from these crooks. If you ever have an issue with them, you will never get the answer from their Customer Service. The company is crooked from the bottom up. Brains are not a requirement when you get hired there. All that is required is the ability to lie, scam, and BS potential customers. I am sorry I ever found those crooks online.

I was led to believe that the price would include all insurance, when I got to Budget they asked for an extra 35$ a day (more then the cost of the rent) for insurance, when I told them all insurance was paid they just kept with the same.
I ended wasting half a day of my trip to get another car and paying more.
When I asked for a refund for what they charged me they refuse.
Will press charges.
Do not rent from them!

We were able to locate the reservation which was for a full-size car for 15 days with Budget car rentals in Puerto Vallarta airport. Kindly note that we do offer a service to refund you the excess in case of an accident or theft. Our service is optional and it is available during the booking process however you had declined our protection. Since the excess was not protected, the station of Budget car rentals proposed their insurance. We are unable to dispute arrangements made with the station at the time of collection and there was no need to purchase additional insurances unless it was agreed or the driver didn't provide a valid credit card with enough funds for the payment and the deposit.

Complete bad customer service
We went on holiday to Cyprus in September
Paid for the car rental and the extra insurance
We had a car accident which wasn't our fault and had to pay the £500 access.
We have filled out the relevant forms to get our money back we had a couple of emails at the start saying that we were waiting for the insurance companies to make their mind up who was in fault.
Now we have sent about three emails and tried to make several phone calls with no success and nobody has bothered getting back to us so we have no idea what's going on just feels like they've took our money and run,
Definitely would not recommend this company again I would definitely not do any business with them.
I had an issue with the car rental company and their availability, when I spoke with Carflexi about changing the booking they didn't advise me that I would need to pay their (carflexi's) full credit charge and excess waiver again if I amended my booking. I am extremely angry about this, as if I had been advised then I would have just booked through the car rental company rather than lose a significant amount of money. Don't bother using this service, will mislead you to get as much money as they can. It's not cheaper than booking directly with a car rent company at all.

Before you will buy their full insurance option read carefully exceptions and amount of insurance, this is ridiculus. Customer service phone doesn't exist...
Booked a car in a rush. And didn't check confirmation email - which had wrong pickup and drop off time. When we arrived to the rental company, they told us that the car is not available and offered us a more expensive one. The clerk said that we were supposed to give them a deposit 1100€ because there was no insurance. Carflexi charged me for an extra insurance... the clerk showed me that they received 20€ from car flexi - I paid 100€ and also told me that this happens all the time.
He said that I can get a car directly through them with full insurance without paying the deposit. So we did.
I asked car flexi for some refund they told me that is all my mistake...
Advice for everyone, book a car directly with car renting companies to avoid issues and false promises form $#*!s like carflexi

Within 2 days after inspection, the 2 cars were sold at my target prices, without requiring me to leave the house.
Seemless service as per previous experience. Iäve used the service before and was happy with it, so am a repeat customer.
