It said "your job is posted!"

It said "your job is posted!" but then told me to "choose a plan" after i posted a job request but then it said I was now a premium member after paying for the "new members" quarterly fee. I have no idea what I just paid for or if I could have just used my current membership. Poor onboarding. Confusing.

I signed up and have been unable to log into my account due to a technical issue that appears to be common based on other complaints. Care.com does not have a customer service phone number so there is no way to talk to anyone, access my account, or even cancel. I have contacted my credit card company to charge back my payment since I have not received the services promised. I would love for my account to be canceled, but I will be changing my credit card number so they cannot fraudulently charge my account in the future.

It's not very clear what comes with the different membership levels. There's no comparision page or menu and 3 different upsell attempts is off putting. I just paid for a quartely membership and all I know is the recurring billing amount. I still have to hunt to see what features I've unlocked.

The site listed expectations ( college degree) that I did not check. It also said that I declined a caregiver when I didn't and this was a caregiver who was my number one choice!

I was looking for house cleaning, reached out to 20 separate providers within 35 miles of my zip code and complete crickets. Not a single person responded, not even to make up an excuse - nothing.
It's like they are all fake profile robots. I also posted a job ad per support's suggestion and again, crickets. Support says they do not refund and while I did not expect a refund, I cannot think anyone would waste a monthly fee to get absolutely zero back. On the plus side, support says I'm still a premium member for the remainder of my canceled month. Hooray.

This site has been deceiving so far. You showed me 4 sitters that looked great. Once I paid to upgrade, they were not real sitters or couldn't find them right away. I paid because I liked the sitters I saw, and you said they were available for my date.

I just spent 20 minutes signing up for an upgraded account and when I completed all the details, I was directed back out to a generalized search and lost my job description and was directed to a random search results list of caregivers without any way to get back to my account. Poor user experience. I have to start from the beginning.
