The only thing I don't like is I have to notify you to cancel after I just need some spring cleaning done. So I'm only interested in a one time purchase I did take advantage of the 20% off but it's expensive but it looks more trustworthy so I'm looking forward to a clean house very soon. Thank you!

This site is very hard to manage

This site is very hard to manage. I tried upgrading my account and wasn't able to add a credit card through the settings page. Then I tried to change my password and I can't do that either.

One of the worst website experiences I've ever had. I've tried to send a request for a baby sitter several times and have been rerouted to look at different sitters with no way back but to start completely over. I've had the "technical difficulty" error message several times. Also there's no way to book a sitter without paying a $38 dollar membership fee. I don't go out often and don't need a monthly subscription.

Confusing to navigate

Confusing to navigate. Just want to find a housekeeper for my mother, but even tho' it initially looked like I could access providers for free, I felt railroaded into paying for a subscription to be able to use this site, and then there all a bunch of add-ons presented that are hardly explained. Evaluating this going forward.

I have tried several times to join. I have even posted a job. Then to find out I have to pay in order to see the replays. Your website is extremely difficult to maneuver. Remember many people are seniors not IT people.

Easy to use. But you did not offer the choice of seeking help for an adult child. That resulted in the caregivers all being interested in working with seniors. My son is 34 years old.

I have contacted them multiple times trying to get simple address corrections made to my profile and they are "unable to change their database". They told me to "Go ahead and swear that my previous address is my legal address." This was for a background check.
