I thought that part of my paying would be that you background check your people.

After paying and getting into the site there is a barrage of "add ons", it's like renting a car. Not the human experience one would hope for when trying to find child care.

We are a paid subscription service and not a free service. I'm sorry if you thought otherwise and therefore felt mislead. That was never our intention. Many sites like ours charge a fee in order to be able to offer you the features our site offers. Otherwise we'd just be like any other free classified site with very little to offer.

It is one big money grab. After paying 40 bucks for monthly service, Im now stuck on a page that wants me to agree to paying $20 monthly or $79 per check. I don't want to do either. Id like to speak to someone that can help me!

It's a scam

This company has taken £29.99 from my debit card monthly without permission from me. I chose a 1 month subscription and this is written on their email to me. This is April and I was only looking for someone to feed my llamas over the Christmas period. They have neither notified me nor sent receipts when they have continued to take payments. Reviews on other sites are saying the same thing. I need to stop my bank card and get another as I can't find a way to contact the company to stop it stealing the money. They didn't give me an order ID

Not sure yet, will update rating if I'm able to get messages effectively, and find someone to handle the job. Website is a bit junky and focused more on upgrades and fees than matching caregivers with jobs so far. The reviews on using the App are horrible, so I'll stick with very expensive subscription for now, and if I don't get results, ill cancel before next automatic renewal. (Auto renewals are just bad business. You should have better policies when dealing with your customers money, especially in the business of care)

Paid for service but now finding caregiver, keeps going in circles. Plus the immediate add on charge for background check which supposedly you already do. So do you do a background check or not? If you do, why should someone needing care need to do more?
