Many sites like ours charge a fee in order to be able to offer you the features our site offers. Otherwise we'd just be like any other free classified site with very little to offer.

1) The process of creating an account and getting started is too cryptic... the system produces information in a non-linear way, so it's not comprehensive. The site is hard to follow when random info constantly pops up.
2) I declined extra options but was still charged for them and can't easily determine how to undo that.

Absolutely ridiculous that there is not only a paywall to use anything on the site, but that it is set up in a predatory fashion with auto-renewal as the *only* option and you have to click off of three pages of upsell just to finish the purchase. None of which is disclosed up front on the website, by the way. Awful business construct.

Seems a little shady, to not inform people up front that they will have to pay to reach out to individual caregivers. It's difficult enough to think of leaving someone you love, who is vulnerable, with a stranger. But to go to a site that's not %100 truthful from the get-go... feels like a shakedown, frankly.

Don't like the bait & switch. I thought this was a free service and then come to find in order to see my applicants I have to pay A LOT. There should be a monthly payment plan since it can be cancelled anytime.
