Been buying gift cards for a few years already. So worth it. I mainly used to buy Starbucks ones because it's like getting a free drink. But I started getting target. With this discount on top of my 5% there's no reason to not buy them! Places you're already going to shop at. Why not save. It's fast. You buy. They email you the numbers and you add them to your wallet online. Highly worth it. I feel bad I havent told enough people haha

1. Make sure you check the balance when your cards are delivered. There may be lesser amount, no amount or even invalid card.
2. Only buy when you are planning to use within 100 days of the purchase otherwise they won't even entertain your request. I have been a long time consumer and I was super disappointed obviously as i lost $150 just because i missed the 100 day window. Both the cards had the balance i checked when purchased but after the 100th day its gone and they dont even bother to check what's the issue. Pathetic as it sounds.

I cannot say enough good about Card Cookie. I started with them early on and they have always been super fast and responsive. The "other" big used gift card site sometimes let's you languish for up to two days before they send your cards. It is ridiculous. The other thing is if there an issue, I get a response within a few hours... again... comparing with the "other" where it can take up to THREE days! Highly recommend Card Cookie.

I had a problem with their verification process, even though I have 40 years of excellent credit history.

When I place an order to buy a card, it is cancelled by them.

I have emailed them 10 times---THEY WILL NOT RESPOND!1

What TERRIBLE TERRIBLE (as in non-existent) customer service. They should be ASHAMED of their LOUSY LACK OF courtesy and respect to customers.

I've bought over 100 card Cookie and in the rare times that there was an issue with the card they have always been fast to respond and replaced the card no questions asked. Why pay full price for Starbucks or even the Four Seasons Hotel?

My first order took a while to come to me which was disappointing but finally came through and no problem. They said it might be because of my Yahoo email so I use my Gmail and then they were trying to ask me to verify documentation by uploading bills and such to verify my identity. This is a red flag for me especially since I use the same credit card less than 24 hours. I have email them waiting for a refund or the actual card that I paid for but I will not be using this site again.

Have bought cards for a year but it is a real hassle. To save a few dollars you loose a lot of time and peace. Their verification process is increasing ridiculous and support non-existent. Most recent problem is 800. In HD cards and being locked out of my account for a week. Nine emails I've sent them and I receive, "So sorry to hear that..." Try logging out and back in. The problem is they locked me out because their computer system was fouled and all I get is an error message saying contact support. I contact support and they say, "so sorry to hear that"'
Now they have created a problem with their smug, cavalier, unresponsive attitude. I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and for the first time in my life I am seriously considering suing someone because they are in no way, shape, or form straight forward people to deal with.

This is the only website I trust buying giftcards. I have always had positive experiences buying giftcards and I recently bought one that encountered an issue - within 15 minutes I received a response and help in correcting my order. Customer service (Tom) was friendly and super quick in his responses which was so appreciated!

I have never reviewed a company on a single purchase and this is no exception. I have purchased from Cardcookie many times. It's quite simply a great deal (discount). I had a small issue on my last purchase which was immediately resolved. The site was simply amazing in their response time - that alone deserves Kudos from me. I have to admit that I am not that fast even at my own job. Thanks again.

I've purchased at least 50 cards from card cookie and they never disappoint. The card typically arrive within 2-5 minutes. 2 cards that I received did not have the proper amount and they fixed both of them within hours. They are very responsive to emails and will guide through very quick and easy troubleshooting, if that doesn't work they will replace the card or refund your money. I cannot say enough good things about their service. I will continue to buy cards from them.

I have been using Cardcookie since 2018 and used to buy several gift cards occasionally. Cardcookie never disappointed me in any of my purchase. The customer support experience was also AWESOME. For instance, I realized that one of the gift cards is having $0 instead of $50 after 10 days, as I didn't get chance to apply that in my account. Cardcookie support team was able to send the replacement card immediately as soon as I sent the email. I definitely recommend this website and will continue to purchase...

I attempted to purchase gift cards twice, with two different credit cards, and both times CardCookie required me to send them a scan of my driver's license to complete my order. I use dozens of online sites and this is the only one that asks for me to share sensitive information. Not worth the security risk to save a few dollars - I cancelled the orders and used another gift card site.
