They sold me a $500 gift card that had 1 penny value. They responded via email within 2 days saying they would refund the money spent but have failed to do so over the last three months. I have written back and forth with them but they have made excuses or not answered the many emails.
I've bought over 100 card Cookie and in the rare times that there was an issue with the card they have always been fast to respond and replaced the card no questions asked. Why pay full price for Starbucks or even the Four Seasons Hotel?
