How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Card Cookie?

Easy as emailing! My email was answered within a few hours and my problem with clear explanation was resolved with one email

OMG what a hassle. & seriously stay away from this nonsense. This is a scam. Complete & Utter Nonsense.

Following is what happened:

Wanted to send a Giftcard tosister.

Went and paid. Got a nonsensical email, I mean NONSENSE NONSENSE NONSENSE NONSENSE NONSENSE NONSENSE NONSENSE NONSENSE NONSENSE NONSENSE NONSENSE NONSENSE

Sent a link to me under the false pretense that they need to verify more and to follow the link. The link says to enter codes ...Talked to my bank, told them that they were asking for codes, Bank asked me "what codes". Then exchanged emails with someone by the name Sarah (Somone pretending to be Sarah) OMG this is like Total ConGame

This is a ConGame Please don't use this. I didn't realize most of the positive reviews were either implanted.or purchased

They may respond between 9-5 (CT) but then stop responding all together. No phone number or other customer service. The same guy responded to me repeatedly, but was absolutely no help. It may have been a bot, now that I think about it. His responses were very generic and offered no solution to my specific issues.
