I had excess gift cards, so I decided to sell them to card cookie. They approved my sale and verified the value of the gift cards, then 2 days later told me that some of the cards were invalid and had $0 balance.

I triple checked before selling the cards that they had their full balance. Card cookie verified they had the appropriate balances. Then two days later, suddenly they're rejecting my order and refusing to pay me because 5 of the gift cards had $0 balance. Conveniently, the maximum number of gift cards that retailer will let you use in one transaction is 5, so Card Cookie took my information, spent $125 of my money because they agreed to pay me for it, then refused to pay me and left me with $125 fewer in gift cards.

I had purchased a card from them that had a used code, so it did not work. I contacted the support at cardcookie.com and I was sent a new card immediately. They purchase cards from people who just don't want the cards anymore, and they are supposed to promise they did not use the card already. Sometimes there are jerks who sell a used card to Card Cookie. No problem at all... just contact the support team and get a new code right away! Why shop for cards anywhere else? Discount cards and a guarantee! I love this company!

No concerns or complaints from me. I am a satisfied customer. I get good deals on giftcards. And when a giftcard didn't allow me to add it to my account/did not work correctly, I contact customer support and they get back to me very quickly and send a replacement card.

At first card cookie was a great source for gift cards. But then I started to see the same suspicious behavior that I see in the other reviews. The keep cancelling orders, asking for more information, I reply with it and nothing. Tthey asked me to open a new account, I did and again nothing. I think they are getting our information to sell. I finally told them I spoke to an attorney about this, they cancelled the $ withdrawal from my cc and so I didn't lose those funds. But I am uneasy about the information they have.

Reliable and prompt services. I purchase Home Depot, Lowes, and Walmart gift cards frequently from Cardcookie. Yesterday, I had a bad balance on one of the cards. I emailed the incidence to their support site. The matter was taken care of promptly I am very happy with their quick and professional service. This provides a higher comfort level for customers like me.

I bought a $100 giftacrd for cinemark yesterday at a 5% discount thinking I got a steal. Really I was being robbed. I received the giftcard the following day after having to go through some obnoxious and invasive security screening measures (picture of ID & picture of self submitted). Once I tried to use the card, I immedietely realized that the card was already used, per the message, "this card is already assigned to another email." I contacted them right away and they were quick to respond and send me another card. This one had the same issue :/ I contacted them again to report the same issue and was simply told that those are the only cards they have and that my order was refunded and I should expect my funds to return within 5-10 days. Basically, I let them borrow my $95 for no reason. So if you like gambling, with no winnings and extra headaches, this is your go-to site. Otherwise, stick to the mainstream sites, which actually have VERIFIED gift cards.

I brought most of my egift card from this site. I receive the egift very quick. The discount is good then other. Returns was easy as indicated on their return policy. Overall service is excellent for me.

I had a small problem with the balance of a card being off, turned out it was a glitch on Starbucks software. Card cookie responded within a few hours to tell me that and how to fix. By the time I logged back in to Starbucks app, it was fixed. I have ordered many cards from them, and haven't had any problems except this glitch, which wasn't anything to so with the card itself. Starbucks cards can be added to the SB app, unlike many other sites, so I continue to get rewards on my account.

I rarely have any issues with any orders, but in the event one occurs, CardCookie is always on top of it. The experience is quick, seamless, and trustworthy.

They canceled my order three times due to their inability to accept my credit cards through their card processor, Stripe. Worse yet, their faulty and burdensome customer "verification" process requires undue amounts of personal information to be submitted, including pictures of drivers's licenses. The order process is the worse one I have ever had via online purchasing and due to the amount of personal information they require, I'm suspicious of the company.

The worst billing system I've seen in my life, you never know if they're going to send your card or if they're going to cancel it, other than that the shipping time line is insane

I had a few issues with the card balances that I received. I contacted support to get a replacement and within less than 20 minutes, I received a reply and a replacement card. The customer service is top notch and I always can be assured I'll be taken care of well.

Multiple purchases were made and then cancelled saying there was a problem verifying my payment. There problem then is the money shows up pending in my account (meaning it isn't a verifying payment problem) and then it takes multiple days for you to get your money back.

This company cancelled 3 valid orders giving multiple excuses and requested identification and a photograph using the company Stripe. Now these bad actors have a valid credit card number and identification and are one step from prosecution if I discover any identity theft or credit abuse. Stay far away from this company!
