There is only 1 way to contact this business and they are very bad at responding. I tried to buy a significant amount of gift card $400 and I thought it was processed (I mean they did charge my bank card). After, there was something about verification which I tried to do but time elapsed and I got a prompt to email the site. My email was not responded to until the next day. They cancelled my order. Again they told me to verify, which didn't work. I emailed them again and waited all day for a response that didn't come. I specified that I wanted to use the card that day but they still didn't get back to me. They are not trying very hard to sell your gift cards people.
I bought two Starbucks cards of $25 each and when I loaded them into the Starbucks app, both the cards were reflecting $19.50. I sent an email and Next day I got a response from Tom that Starbucks was having issues and I have to refresh the card and magically the balance increased to $25 each on both cards. I would definitely buy again from card cookie
Avoid - they list lots and lots of bogus cards. I just got one and they refused to replace it. Think about how much you lose if you get just 1 bogus card vs the tiny amount you save my buying a card at a discount from them. After the experience I just had with them and the way they responded when I reported that they sold be a card that was literally fake (something they could have verified btw prior to listing it) they can't be trusted. They are supporting scammers.
I've been purchasing gift cards on CardCookie for years now without issue. I love their variety and discounts. The gift cards are usually sent via e-mail instantly, and easily saved/printed. Whenever an issue on the balance occurs (which is very rare), their customer service team is on it right away and fixes it. There's no other gift card marketplace that I would recommend over CardCookie.
I ordered a gift card in May 2022, and when I went to use it in September 2022, it had a zero balance. I reached out to Card Cookie Customer Service, and because I was outside of the "100 day guarantee" they said there was nothing they could do about it. They wouldn't even credit me the actual amount I paid for the gift card. So they literally stole my money. When I told them "gift card's don't expire, so I should at least get the amount I spent" they said: "Gift cards themselves do not expire. Unfortunately, as stated on the website, we can only cover them for 100 days." and now they wont respond to any of my emails. Highly recommend using another platform other than Card Cookie.
The have a $500 limit/day on purchases. But they dont' tell you that and just cancel your order and blame you saying they couldn't confirm some information.
Then they email you saying they need your drivers license front and back AND your photo.
Then they tell you that's not good enough, they need a photo of utility bill in your name.
You gotta be kidding me! All that to save $30? Screw that. What happens when get hacked and all your personal information is out on the web? Stay away from this sketchy business.
Cardcookie are nothing but cheaters. I purchased some cards from them and never used them. When I got around to use them after a few months, they had a 0 value. It clearly looks like they recycle the cards. And now they will not refund my money. Please do not purchase from this company.
I have been using cardcookie for several years now. I recently had an issue with one on the cards I purchased. I sent an email and wishing 24 hours they had sent me a replacement. I will and gave recommended CardCookie to my friends and family. Thank you for the excellent service you provide.
Like many others have said, the verification process to make an account with them is overlly complicated at a minimum, and most likely dangerous. They request an uploaded driver's license photo, picture of a bill in your name, etc. and this is all after paying for your purchase.
Do not go down this road with them, there's better options.
Been using cardcookie exclusively for 2 years now after trying all the others. I have found cardcookie to be the most reliable gift card dealer, always reasonable discounts and never any games (like funds missing or card expired, as i've experienced with others). Other dealers may offer higher discounts but their cards are sometimes scammy, and warranty is only 30 days, not 100 like cardcookie. I totally and only trust cardcookie.
I have been purchasing gift cards from Cardcookie for close to 5 years (hundreds of cards) and they absolutely take care of business. The very few times I have had an issue ( 2 or 3 times max) they are faster than Superman in correcting any issue. They are Top Ten in my book...
I have used cardcookie to get electronic gift cards off and on for a few years know Very reliable and quick. Well I purchased 3 gift cards and one came to with as a Zero balance. I emailed them on Saturday night about the issue. They issued me a new card (even $5 more balance) on SUNDAY. WOW what quick service. I will continue to use them.

Yes, this is one of the scam gift card websites. They will take all your information, including your credit card information, confirm you order, then cancel your order and request verification of identity, even though your credit card, email and address you provided all matched. No other legitimate gift card website does this. Do not send your personal information. SCAM

Dan from Support took care of the issue and replaced the card almost immediately. It's a great company that takes care of its customers.
I ordered a gift card online, they processed my debit card, then want more information like my drivers license to verify my debit card. I place online orders all of the time with this card, and have never been questioned like this. Don't use this company, not worth the discount.
