I've been using card cookie for a while I had a small issue they fixed it immediately and helped me out definitely worth buying all your gift cards here.

My husband purchased some gift cards yesterday and everything was fine. Today we got a notice that the cards wouldn't be sent until he sent a photo id and a selfie. Had to cancel the order. Do not feel at all comfortable since this company has our credit card info and now wants a photo id. Hello... sounds very fishy. Will not be coming back in the future!

Nowhere does it state during the card buying process that you're not gonna get your card immediately instead you have to find out whenever you don't receive the card in your email after the purchase and you go dive in through the FAQs and it'll state that you'll get it within 24 hours 24 hours later then you'll have a message in your email saying you have to verify your identity through stripe and submit Selfies with your ID and the only way to contact card cookie is through email which they do not respond in a timely manner, and if you get on Facebook and you look at those reviews, everybody who has a problem has the same problem and the people who recommend it are either people who work for them, bots, or generated from fake profiles from the company itself because all the good reviews pretty much say the exact same thing just in different forms and it's obvious to tell that their generated reviews seems like this company has went and put all its effort towards making it appear as though it's a legitimate Company to use when in fact, it's not I don't see why I would have to verify my identification through stripe, which is awfully funny because I use stripe with another app so they should already be able to verify that I am who I am and here it is 48 hours later and I still don't have a gift card and my family doesn't have dinner. My dog doesn't have food and all the plants in my greenhouse are dead because I'm still unable to make my Walmart order to purchase dinner for my family food for my dog or heat for the greenhouse to keep my plants a lot.

I ordered a gift card from Card Cookie but the value was not as advertised. Their customer service wasn't responsive enough which left me frustrated. They offer tempting discounts, I'd advise being cautious and reading reviews before making a purchase.

Best vendor in town when you want discounted gift cards. The Customer Care team is fast at communicating my concerns and fast to deliver. I have been a loyal customer for many years and never had a problem with them. You can definitely trust that the gift cards they are selling a valid and legit. Thank you Card Cookie!

Do not expect to buy from this vendor and get gift cards right away. Out of my nine separate orders, only one went through with no problem. Now they want all this verification -- and from what I read, that may not solve the problem. Forget responsive customer service.

Cardcookie is by far the most reliable source for secondary market gift cards I have found online. Only on extremely rare occasions have I had an issue with a card, and they have always fixed it for me promptly.

I'm a regular buyer on Card Cookie. 99% of the time, everything is fine. In the 1% of the times I have had issues, the support has been ultra quick to respond to my issues and resolve to my satisfaction.

I had issue with the amount that was supposed to be on the Card. Sent them an email they resolved the problem with in three hours. I have been using them since 2021 only had two discrepancy. I would recommend them highly!

I've been a customer of card cookies for the past few years. I contacted the customer service center because there was a slight problem with purchasing and using the card. They responded very quickly and solved the problem, even though it was Sunday. My experience was very pleasant.

Have been a customer for awhile with no issues. This week I purchased a card with no issues and then needed a couple more. Suddenly my credit card being authorized and me being a verified customer were not sufficient. They wanted me to upload my drivers license or passport into a link they provided. You must be joking. You want me to upload personally identifiable information to some place that I have no idea who has access. No consumer should do this in a time where identities are being stolen. Lost a customer. I urge you not to do this either.

I use Cardcookie regularly and appreciate the fact that they often have sales. There are rare times where I've run into issues but they ALWAYS resolve them within 24 hours - often in 1-2hrs. The cards are digital and are loadable to a store's app if you prefer to use them that way. I have been buying cards from Carcookie for over 5 years and highly recommend!

I was trying to buy a gift card to bass pro shop for my husband's birthday. I provided all the information requested, including phone number verification and using a credit card in my name with all of my billing info that can easily be confirmed with Chase bank. They emailed asking me to use a third party site to upload my passport, SSN or ID and a phone of my face. Absolutely not! I'm not sending a photo of my personal documents to a third party site to buy a dang gift card.

I made several purchases from them without issue. Then my card was compromised the day I made a cardcookie purchase & my bank froze this trasaction along with several other fraudulent charges. I later confirmed the cardcookie transaction was valid & my bank unfroze it, but my cardcookie account is still blocked & they are completely non-responsive.

Bought a few Best Buy gift cards and received them less than 24 hours later as promised! Wish they sent same day but if waiting 24 hours means saving money I'm okay with that. Just plan ahead! Will definitely use again!

Gift card buying on the internet is fraught with risk. That is why it is important to find trusted brokers that ensure that you are taken care of. Card Cookie has provided excellent customer service each time I have purchased from them. Be mindful of their hours of operations as they do abide by them.

Card Cookie has been really great since I began to use them a few months ago after being recommended to them by a friend. Orders are fulfilled pretty quickly when purchased during their business hours. I recently received a gift card with no value and support was able to provide me a replacement card with the same value within an hour of being notified. I'll continue to use them as my primary website to purchase gift cards at a discount.

We have ordered almost 100 gift cards over the past 5 years. Orders are delivered quickly via email. On the rare occasion the gift card's actual balance was not the same as the advertised amount, I sent an email to Card Cookie's support and they were quick to review and replace the gift card since it was well within their 100 day guarantee window.

Our latest order for 6 gift cards had 1 with a $0.00 balance. Within 24 hours of notifying Card Cookie I received a replacement gift card.
