I made several purchases from them without issue. Then my card was compromised the day I made a cardcookie purchase & my bank froze this trasaction along with several other fraudulent charges. I later confirmed the cardcookie transaction was valid & my bank unfroze it, but my cardcookie account is still blocked & they are completely non-responsive.
Tip for consumers:
They wer sometimes slow to process but overall they were okay up until my most recent purchase. My card was compromised and my cardcookie transaction was flagged by my bank as potentially fraudulent (along with several other charges which were actually fraulent.) I confirmed the cardcookie transaction as valid, but because it was frozen for a few days I'm now unable to do anything on cardcookie. They are completely non-responsive now so I wouldn't count on them to fix anything that goes wrong!
