Tried buying 50 dollar google play store card
3 times paid through PayPal all these three times and got the confirmation emails from cardcash also for purchase all three times But within seconds you get another Cancel order email form some reason saying our"System flayed you as fraud alert" or something. All three time A PayPal Account reale?
That I'm using for a while now I don't think so... No False advertising... that's all.
I am done with CardCash. I went to pay with my latest CardCash card and the store found it invalid. They called CC while I was standing there with quite a line behind me, and were told I would be getting my money back. Prior to this, we gave our son a $100 grocery store card and when he got up to pay, it had $2.10 on it. These situations are embarrassing and I just have no trust in this company any longer.
I am going to sue Cardcash for Fraud and Violation of the CA Consumer Protection Statutes. I bought a $500 Marriott card that didn't work 5 months after I bought it. They relied on their 45 day warranty, about which I question its enforceability. I also think that (at least recklessly) buy cards from third parties knowing that the cards could be problematic. Anyone else thinking about suing them?
Purchased a $100 Logan"s card. How embarrassing it was to have the card come up with zero value at the restaurant. Now I'm out the cost of the meal plus the price of the gift card. CS claims there is risk/reward to buying from them, but they will sell a gift card that someone can still use from right under you at any time. Business model is flawed if they cannot stand by the goods they sell or ID the sellers so fraudulent sellers can be avoided.
First they make you wait 24 hours before they will deliver. Then they cancel the order. Which takes 3 days to come off your credit card. Total waste of time. They are selling items that they don't have then cancelling the order. Unfortunately I can't give a zero rating.
I'm only buying Dunkin Donuts and Dave and Busters through Gift Cards purchased from your site. That's how awesome it is. Paying full price for gift cards is an antiquated notion now like unsliced loaves of bread.
The remaining balance on my gift card was used just after the 45 day guarantee period. This is not the first time this happened. Makes me really wonder who is doing it? An employee of CardCash perhaps?
Several gift cards have been denied at the merchant. Walgreens!/Duane Reade. How can a plastic gift card be fraudulent? It is and Card Cash will not honor a refund. This company should be put out of business!
I've had so many cards that didn't work. I thought I was being smart and checking the balances online right after I bought them (so I could go back to cardcash within the 45 day warranty if needed). I also started using part of the card right away so I would get a store receipt showing the remaining balance -- STILL cards ended up declined (0 balance) when I went back to use them later on. The stores are unable to help because the cards were purchased from a third party vendor.
I'm so fed up with this company. I tell everyone I can Do Not buy from this company.
When I began using CardCash, I found the website to be easy to navigate and very user friendly. Since the update, it's lost a lot of ease of navigation. Also, there were previously more physical cards available.
Bought two $100 gift cards as gifts for others for Christmas, as a way to make my dollar stretch a little. Neither card was used within the 45 day guarantee window. When they were used shortly after the expiring of the guarantee, neither card worked. One I was able to confirm with the number on the back of the card had been fraudulently purchased and later declined by the credit card company which paid for it. In neither case would CardCash do anything to help. The guarantee window is too narrow to use this as gifts. Two other times I've tried it and the used it immediately and also had to get a refund for the card not working. But to have wasted $165 on gift cards and have no help from them at all is inexcusable. Will never use them again.
I had 8 orders in the past, 2 of them had some issue. When things happened, I was worried that it would take forever to solve the issues, but to my surprise, things were solved like a charm, no hassle at all. I really appreciate the service cardcash is doing, hope they will succeed in the future. It is a win-win service, for both customers and the company. Thanks
I purchased 2 E-Cards, but did not have the need to use them immediately. Once I went to use the cards, they were rejected. I later determined that they had never been valid, but because it was past 90 days there was "nothing we can do". I purchase many gift cards online and will continue to do so from other retailers.
I tried buying 2 cards, using PayPal, and was cancelled. PayPal hasn't a clue why this happened. CardCash could've sent the emails to the PayPal email address or whatever. I've used CardPool before but the cards I want are out of stock. I'll buy them elsewhere. I won't do business with CardCash.
I purchased a gift card, which when I tried to use, was at a $0.00 balance. If you are beyond a 45-day time period, there is nothing CardCash will do to rectify the situation. As they put it, it is a Risk vs Reward decision.
Use at your own risk. Certainly don't count on any customer service if something goes wrong.
I made a large order and was a little nervous about whether the cards would all work (I've had that problem with some other companies). They were very organized - the cards arrived promptly with an itemized list in the mailing pouch. Every card was exactly as advertised. Fast, efficient and as described.
Tried six times and each time it was a different reason why i could not sell my gift card. They keep saying that the address on my card is wrong, which is clearly bogus because it works everywhere else. I think this is a scam that just collects people credit card info. Will be looking very closely at my credit report. Just give your gift card away or use or throw. Not worth dealing with it on CardCash.com
I'm addicted to CardCash. Impromptu date night? Grab a gift card, wait less than 5 minutes for it to show up in your email, print it, verify it and BOOM - you're ready to hit the restaurant of your choice with a little extra buying power!
I discovered card cash and combine it with other coupons and its a great way of saving money.
But it takes some amount of planning ahead since both the electronic gift cards and physical cards take time to arrive in you inbox and mail box
I've spent a good deal of money at card cash. Like thousands and while some deals are good, others are not. Like Disney you can get cheaper at 5% discount at target. Why get any less of a deal than that? I've had 2 cards be empty when I tried to use them. One was marked fraudulent by the restaurant itself, so that was frustrating since card cash did nothing to remedy the problem. The other time I got a fraudulent Walmart card, but they did fix that.
Answer: Thanks for bringing up the CardCash BBB rating, we appreciate the opportunity to explain why we have this rating. A few months ago we got into a dispute with a seller who defrauded us. We decided to take this matter to court rather than simply resolve the complaint that seller filed with the BBB. As this complaint remains open while the case is adjudicated, the BBB has downgraded our rating. Once this matter is resolved we expect our rating to more accurately reflect our commitment to excellent customer service and business practices.
Answer: Negative comments because they deserve them. They have the best deals because they have the most scammers selling them cards. That's why they only have a 45 guarantee. The majority of their cards will be zerod out by the 45 days or right after. Then, you are screwed. They WON'T refund your money after that.
Answer: Yes, my brother had a bad transaction with Cardcash. He put a hold through PayPal and Cardcash had to respond and then quickly resolved the problem. Cardcash is the only gift card company that I have dealt with constantly sells bad cards. I know only use giftcardrescue, cardpool, or monster giftcard. Never had a problem with them.
Answer: We have a 45 day guarantee for such occurrences. Please reach out to our claims department so we can assist you. Thanks!
Answer: Of course! You are covered by our 45 day guarantee. Please email sitejabber@cardcash.com so we can resolve it immediately. Have a wonderful day!
Answer: They don't. Don't do it. They make it seem like this is a better, faster option but they've taken my $150 cards for over a week now and have not responded or provided me the MasterCard info. Please stay away and report to BBB as this is a common practice of theirs.
CardCash has a rating of 2.8 stars from 2,644 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with CardCash most frequently mention customer service, day guarantee and high risk. CardCash ranks 14th among Gift Cards sites.
Yippee! You sound like a real saavy saver :)
